I love Dunkin Donuts. All the ones I normally stop at are very quick. This one was the slowest I have ever visited. All young kids with no manager helping. Not the fault of the kids. Seems like the owner chooses to run the place with not enough workers. I was 1st in line and waited 10 minutes to be served, and 15 minutes before I had my drink

I’d rather walk the Sahara dessert with 12 wool sweaters on, than go into to this DD ever again. I live legit 2 blocks away and always have an issue, from bad coffee to wrong orders ALWAYS! I would make excuses over and over again, just to get my DD fix but I should’ve known better. Today was the straw that broke the camel backs. I ask d for a box of Joe, only to come home to a box of hot water, when I went back they said I poured out the coffee and filled it with water… This place is the worst DD I’ve ever been to, and I’m not the only person who thinks so!

The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The only reason I’ve gone as many times as I have is because I live nearby. It’s worth driving to one further away though. Every single time I go, my food comes out wrong. After having waited in line at the drive thru I end up having to park & go inside anyway to complain & have them fix my order. It never fails. Last time I went, they messed up my order(but that’s a given). I went inside & waited at an empty counter for 5 mins. Everyone was working at the drive thru window area. Too many hands in the cookie jar, and that’s why things are always messed up? Anyway, after I was finally taken care of, the kid that handed me the bag with the corrected order just kinda threw it at me on the counter. Didn’t apologize or even say«here you go.» Just gave me a nasty look as he chucked the bag at me & walked away. This Dunkin all around sucks.

THEWORST. I went at a time where there wasn’t a lot of people inside or going through the drive-thru. There were possibly 2 people at the drive-thru window and 1 other person waiting in line. The man in front of me got his order and placed another one and the woman at the register gave him his new order, looked right at me and went right back to drive-thru. She didn’t even ask me if I was ready to order. I waited for a cashier and realized there were 3PEOPLEMANNINGDRIVE-THRU. It was around 2−3o’clock and they did not need 3 people for drive-thru.

So I’m not usually one to leave a review for anything but I felt like I had to for this DD. This location is absolutely pitiful. First of all, every single time I’ve gone in there, they’ve messed up my coffee and food order. It’s very frustrating to have the employees remake things for me multiple times. I’ve also witnessed a number of people ahead of me getting something different from what they ordered. I’m not sure what the deal is — if it’s miscommunication between employees or lack of training. Second of all, there was a bug crawling around on the wall behind the counter the last time I was in there. Absolutely repulsive. It sucks because this is the only Dunkin on my way to work but I would rather starve than visit this location ever again

This is my favorite Dunkin because they have a convenient drive-thru window with friendly and efficient staff. The same woman takes my window order every time, and she’s always nice. Twice I’ve accidentally driven away, forgetting an item at the window, and staff members were kind enough to walk outside to help me out. Also, they accept payment via the Dunkin app. Great Dunkin!

I live right across this dd and I hate it! Anyone I ask they hate it as well. First time: no problem. Second and third I had bad milk in my coffee so I couldn’t drink it, last time my light and sweet iced pumpkin had barely any coffee it looked like they just put a hint of coffee for color. And my sister’s coffee had no sugar. When I pulled up to the window the kid was sitting on the window like he was kicking back and watching a game. And my bagel was wrong. All this happened over a span of 1 year. I kept going back to give the another chance and it on my way to work but It’s not gonna get better! So I’m done with it.

Not sure why I just spent 18 minutes in a drive thru, but the mint hot chocolate wasn’t bad.

I’m not often prone to write a review to defend an establishment, but I thought it prudent to do so here when this Dunkin Donuts has only one other review. While waiting for the Mad Russian to get back from a train ride to the city and beyond, I ventured in to get an iced caramel coffee for the wait. I found the service to be good thorough and fine by all standards. The young gentleman behind the counter served me quickly and kindly. I even felt compelled to leave a tip. From what I had seen, the store was clean and inviting.

This newest location of Dunkin Donuts replaces what used to be Pollo Tropical, a grilled chicken fast food joint that never got good business. Now Dunkin has taken over the property and business for the location is better however compared to the thousands of other locations, this is definitely the worst I’ve been to. The service is absolutely terrible and God forbid you utilize the drive-thru, you might drive off with someone else’s order. I’ve frequented this location about 10 times and each time my experience has been worse than the time before. I am a big fan of the franchise’s Strawberry Frosted Doughnut but sadly at this location the frosting they use is vanilla-flavored with too much pink food coloring added. It’s awful! Aside from the inconsistency of the food, as I said, the service is just really bad. Most employees speak very limited English, which results in screwed-up orders. One evening I tested the service by clearly saying I wanted a large iced tea sweetened with Equal and NO lemon. As I drove up to the window, the girl opened two pink packets(Sweet N’ Low) of sweetener and proceeded to put 3 large lemon wedges in the cup. Before she handed it to me I sternly pointed out her mistake. To work a position like Dunkin Donuts, one must listen carefully. Every time I come here they mess up my order because they don’t listen. I will not be coming back and I recommend you stay away from here too.
