RA Shop Metairie

I was visiting New Orleans and was searching for a shop that sells hookah tobacco. i found this and i bought 2 packs of hookah tobacco and a pack of quick burning coal and a pair of tongs and surprisingly the pair of tongs were the costliest of the lot.$ 10 dollars for a small tong, thats a joke. and no refund or exchange. never go to this shop. they rob people

Found what I needed, recommended.

I’ve been to many places like Ra Shop but hands down is the best one in Nola/​Metairie area. Also have a store in Hattiesburg, MS. I am from the ms gulf coast but moved to Nola two years ago and PLEASE open one somewhere on the MS Gulf Coast (Biloxi/​Gulfport) that area is in dire need of a quality store such as this one. Only one similar store on the MS Gulf Coast is one store called Ya’s Ya’s and it doesn’t compare to any of the RA Shops.
I’ve been to all the RA Shops even though my HOME one is in Metairie but I’ve never had one bad experience and the employees are always friendly and have always been willing to help me with anything I need. It’s refreshing going into a business and seeing the employees that work there being happy and smiling and greeting you when you walk in. I wish I could remember everyone’s names that work at the one in Metairie because they all have been nice but one young man that works there names Blake… Blake has been the one I’ve interacted with the most and he knows his stuff about what’s in the store, he’s polite, and just in general a happy person. But that goes for all of the employees at the Metairie one and they’re very knowledge in the all sorts of cool misc items, gag gifts, ecigs, and glass pipes, and even cigars. I don’t smoke them but they do have a nice cigar room humidity thing.
Anyways I’m rambling on. But just the fact that I really took this much time to write a review this should in itself tell you enough.
It’d be hard for any person to walk in that store and not find something that they could use.
Lastly, I know it may seem to some people that I’m trying to sell this place but I swear the RA Shops are the best ones around. Go check it out. They have two different stores in the Nola area so google maps it and it may be closer than you think.

Staff always know a little (if not a TON) about everything and eager to answer questions.

Helpful staff, they told me when to expect new custom glass arrivals.
