October 17, 2015-​They handled my 2004 Jaguar XJR perfectly and discovered the fuel system issues I was having after buying BAD GAS from SAMs Club in Covington.

Jaguar makes some of the best looking, high performance sedans in the world. And if you want one in New Orleans, this is your only choice. When purchasing, they don’t budge much on price but I suspect that is pandemic to Jaguar. The service is exceptional. Free loaner cars, a clean washed Jag when you get it back. Overall very nice.

I was traveling out of town for a week and decided to have my car serviced in the interim (oil change and annual maintenance). I called and spoke with David in the service department. He was helpful, and provided details of where to drop my car after normal business hours. David shared their service hours with me: Mon-​Sat 7:30pm-6:00pm. He also gave me specifics about their After Hours drop-​off.
I went to Paretti on a Sunday morning and quickly located the after hours drop-​off box, which contained envelope/​forms to complete for the requested service. Once I completed the envelope/​form, I locked my car, placed the key inside the envelope/​form and slipped it inside the key deposit. FYI, after-​hours drop-​off for Jaguars is collocated in the Paretti Mazda area on Richland Ave.
While I was out of town, David and his staff called to give me updates on the progress of service during the week. They also inspected my XK and found that it needed additional service, which was (thankfully) covered under my warranty.
I returned from my trip on a Friday afternoon, and David coordinated with their Pick-​up Service to have me transported from the Airport directly to their Service Department. Talk about EXCELLENT customer service!
When I arrived at the dealership, David personally took my luggage to my car while I paid for service. When I finished, I walked over to my car («White Lightening») and found it shining like new money! It is great to receive such excellent service! Thanks to David and his Team for excellent service!
