I’m just updating my review to note that the owner of Jim Owen’s contacted me recently to apologize for my experience and to ensure that something like it doesn’t happen again. Although I cannot attest for anything beyond my own experience, the apology was welcome and earnest. I hope that my experience was not the norm, and they insist that it was not.
