History

Established in 1993.

Owners Steve Chader and Jennice Doty began TCT Property Management Services with a few single family homes and a vision to set the standard for service and integrity in AZ property management. They knew that the average real estate agent managing properties on the side simply didn’t have the time or the expertise to increase the assets’ value. It became apparent that investors who view their assets as their first priority deserved to work with a company who views the management of those assets as their first priority too. TCT’s full time management focus allows the agent to keep the sales relationship with their investor client, while allowing TCT to expertly handle the management relationship. Since the early 90’s, TCT has grown steadily — both in the number of homes managed and their standing in the investment real estate industry. As the Valley’s rental market experts, TCT boasts nearly 1,000 residential properties and a growing commercial division.

Meet the Business Owner

Steve Chader and Jennice Doty D.

Business Owner

Business partners for over 20 years, Steve Chader and Jennice Doty share a desire to set the standard for service and integrity in Arizona property management. Using their rental market expertise, they co-​wrote the national best selling book «HOLD: How to Find, Buy, and Rent Houses for Wealth». Jennice is TCT’s Managing Partner and Designated Broker, and she currently heads the Commercial division. She has been in the real estate industry since 1979. Jennice is currently a CCIM candidate, is a past member of the National Association of Real Property Managers (NARPM), and has successfully completed several courses from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Steve is a Certified Residential Specialist and Associate Broker. He is the principal of Keller Williams Integrity First Realty, and Partner/​Owner of TCT. He has served as Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee, and six years as a City Councilman for the community of Gilbert, Arizona.
