Hometrend specializes in residential, full service property management. What makes our company unique is we only manage in East Valley, including Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Apache Junction. It is our conviction that the closer you are to a property, the better job you can do. If we are not 100% confident that we can provide the service that our client deserves, we will not take on the property.

Hometrend is also family owned and operated. You will be dealing directly with the owners, not a hired property manager. As owners, we have a vested interest in Hometrend and the satisfaction of our clients. That is very important to us and we do everything in our power to ensure that our clients properties are maximizing income and being property cared for.

Hometrend’s strengths are stringent tenant screening with 12 month tenant guarantee, excessive and well rounded marketing to maximize exposure of vacancies, in depth and up to date market knowledge, award winning accounting software, knowledge of Landlord Tenant Act and current law changes, etc.

History

Established in 1992.

After several years in the real estate and property management industry, Mike and Terri Hill started Hometrend in 1992. Due to their reputation for excellence in the East Valley, they grew quickly and have continued building valued relationships with investors ever since. In 2005, their son Tyson Hill joined the company and has brought a passion for investing and continued growth within Hometrend’s clientele and operations.
