Hi my name is Sean I recently was an accident two weeks before Christmas dude come tough times couldn’t afford my deductible I heard on the radio station that TNS express would leave my deductible of up to $ 1000 they offered to come pick up my car for free and delivered free he offered me a loaner vehicle if I didn’t have any rental coverage insurance I did but I did he had my car done less than 10 days also I was approved for a $ 200 gift card due to Christmas and all that The work came out fine and everything was great I we can really recommend this place for stars would give it five but want to be literal he also had my car washed and fully detailed once they came and dropped it off

Chris t and s was awesome to work with. He had my adjuster come out to do the appraisal so I do I was not getting overcharged. I would recommend this company to anybody in need of body repair. Being a female looking for a company that will not take advantage of me is hard and I felt very comfortable working with them. The work was perfect and my car looks brand new!

These guys are great! They did what they said they were going to do and paid the deductible… plus brought the car back to life! The process is easy and painless because they work with the adjuster so you don’t have to micro manage things… just pick up your vehicle and enjoy! And getting the gift card comes in handy too. Good work!

I hate that I even have to give ONE star to this place! WARNING! They are SHADY! And they are LIERS! My husband met the «owner» who’s really not the owner at the gas station (I know, I know) But, being a small business owner, and the ploy of them paying the deductible, he was like let’s go with him. We needed both bumpers and the back qtr. panel fixed from an accident that happened in the parking lot. Not major damage.
And now the fiasco begins…
My AAA insurance adjuster called on a Monday to make an appointment. He arrived the next morning for his 9am appt. They didn’t show until almost 10am. And my truck was ALREADY in pieces! He reviewed the damage, and due to the «extensive» damage that was done to my truck it had to be totaled! Wait WHAT?!
I called Chris, who made excuse after excuse as to «why». But the other 2 estimates I got, they didn’t have to take it apart…
1^st off, who gave you permission to take my truck apart? Insurance nor myself gave permission for the truck to be taken apart with out a price. So now we owe him a «tear down» fee of $ 1500.
I couldn’t pick it up, so I wanted to see it. My husband and I went down there and to our surprise Chris was waiting for us, sitting at his desk with a SHOTGUN by his side. Yes, a GUN!
Guns were not in there on our first visit.
My opinion of what they did since the damage was VERY minimal. They took it apart, and damaged my truck so that they had more repairs, and when that back fired on them and the insurance wanted to total it, they were stuck with the foot in the mouth. But they could never admit that. But when I broke that down to Chris at the shop, he just looked at me like «Oh, how did you know».
Fast forward.
It finally cost us $ 4000, 2 weeks of stress, no sleep, continues empty promises and deals to get (2) bumpers and the back qtr. panel fixed. I won’t even say it’s a great or even a good job on the work as it’s so disturbing.

So extremely disgusted and disappointed in this. Makes me sick typing about it.

Heard an advertisement on the radio suggesting that they could wive my deductible for collision repair. When I called, they told me that they were good friends with the adjuster for my insurance company and did work work them all the time. When I went down there he seemed very nice and emphasized that he would make my car look like it was never in an accident and that as long as my insurance quote came in over $ 3500 he would waive my $ 1000 deductible. If it came in under that amount, he would waive $ 500 of it. He also told me my car would be ready within a week and offered to let me use one of his cars as a loaner. (I did not use his car — but it was a nice gesture). I left my car with him feeling that it was in good hands and thinking that this was a service oriented place.
The insurance quote came in quite a bit above $ 3500 and I was pretty happy that I would have the deductible waived. However the car took about twice as long to complete as he had promised (which I was OK with since I know sometimes delays can occur).
When I finally was able to pick up my car, I was not happy. The paint on the repaired parts was a different shade than the original parts, the damage on the running board had not been repaired and he had only painted over the damage on the mirror (the insurance company had paid him to replace the mirror) and when I asked him about it, he said that the car had previous body work so the paint would not match unless I paid him an additional $ 400. He hadn’t even ordered the mirror and seemed to be hoping I wouldn’t notice that he just painted over the deep scratch. When I voiced my concern, he got angry and said what do I expect when he waives the deductible and that I should just be happy to get the repairs done at no cost.
When I went to get my keys from him, he wanted me to pay $ 500 because the insurance didn’t pay him enough. He argued that what he meant was that if the labor costs came in over $ 3500 then he would waive the total deductible, he didn’t include the insurance money that covered the parts. He told me that he would get fired if he held up his promise of waiving the total deductible and then tried to threaten me stating that it was illegal for me to let someone waive my deductible and if the insurance company found that they could press charges on me. (I verified this with the insurance company and they said that anything about the deductible is between me and the repair shop, they don’t care).
I ended up paying half that amount just to get my car back and agreeing that when I decide to come back and get the rest of the repair work done (correcting the paint, repairing the running board and replacing the mirror), I would pay the rest. So now I have a car that looks like it has been pieced together, a gash in my mirror, a damaged running board, and out $ 260. I would have been happy to pay $ 1000 to make sure my car was repaired correctly — shame on me for being trusting and gullible.
Do not use this company.
