I give them such a low rating because of their exploitative business model. Their digital sign blazes the price in large red numbers but it’s hard to see this is the cash price, especially at night. When you don’t pay in cash, they charge $.10 more per gallon. Their regular cash price has been about $.10 more per gallon than the nearest gas station a mile away. So, if you pay by card, you will pay $.20 more per gallon than if you were to go somewhere else. I will never be fooled by this type of shady gas pricing again.

This is my Shell of choice. They give a 10 cent a gallon discount when you use your shell credit card. They give an additional 10 cent a gallon discount when you use your Fry’s fuel points. 20 cents a gallon adds up after a while. I also just used their FREE vacuums and newly renovated car wash. If anyone complained about the car wash malfunctioning before, I suggest checking it out now. Yes I’m a fan and loyal customer. I have always had a good experience here.

Car wash takes money but out of service. When I asked for my money back Crystal behind the counter told me I was SOL! Complete lack of customer service, rude and an ILLEGAL business– you can’t just take money from people and not give them what they’re buying! I will definitely be writing to corporate. Crystal should be fired!

This is my Shell of choice. If you shop at Fry’s and get the fuel points you can save .10 cents or more a gallon depending on how many points you have. This particular Shell also gives you a .10 cent discount if you use your Shell credit card! Double savings! That’s my cup of tea! I’ve only gone inside the store a couple times to buy carwashes (you can’t buy them at the pump) and the service has always been friendly.

Shittiest Shell I’ve ever been to. I’m only giving it one star because of the day time customer service.
At night, this place is always run by a bunch of assholes. They constantly have their friends here to chat and smoke cigarettes with. The cashier is always yelling and acting like a douche to impress his giggling friends by the counter.
I only finally wrote a review because this is a recurring event. Several cashiers have been running the night shift and every single one of them seems to be a giant douche bag.
