No one wants to get stuck without an air conditioner, but I hope if they find themselves in that predicament they find your company stat! I cannot thank you and commend you enough on the people you have working for you. From the first technician coming to our house on a Saturday and telling us the bad news to the technicians that installed the new unit everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We live in one of those houses that always comes with issues on even the smallest project (we refer to it as pandora’s box). We have a very little crawl space and this created a big issue when realizing the new unit would need a much larger return. Not ideal when we had no room for a larger return. Richard came out and looked at the space, tried one option that he didn’t like and thought about it overnight and called the next morning with a new and better option that we were all happy with. You didn’t just come in, take the unit, and install a new one. You really thought about our challenges and our house. For that, I cannot thank you enough. Most companies would come in and tell me there are no options with our house, it’s this way or no way. Never once did your team try to cut corners, never once did them seem rushed to get onto the next job, and never once was I concerned with leaving them at my house alone to do their job.
Simply put, you have an amazing team and you are running an outstanding business. I could not be more pleased with the service we got, the attention to detail, and the caring manner of your staff. Any company we went with would have got our house cool again, but I can guarantee I wouldn’t have ever received the great customer service I received from your team.

Nope, never again! If your Tech’s can’t maintain a professional attitude and complain even before they start the job. To me that is a reflection of poor scheduling. Indicating poor management. Offering another tech service to rectify the first behavior problem is creating another situation for a possibility for more attitude. Thanks but no thanks.

Since our air conditioning was over 20 years old, we decided to bit the bullet and replace it before this summers heat begins. Checked with three companys and Norris Air was the only one that did not try to over sell us with more than we need. Finished the job in one day and we couldn’t be happier with the results and service.

I had such a bad experience at Norris Air I can not believe there in business.
I was lied to more than once and customer care is non existence.
I talked to the owner and she lied to my face repeatedly so I walked out of there completely dumbfounded. Luckily there are lots of AC companies out there.
I strongly would never recommend this company to anyone and to think there a family owned company, wow complet disgrace.

I bought a 1972 manufactured home to work as an insurance adjuster in Phoenix. The old unit was a 3 ton residential model. The old duct was pulled loose in multiple areas the old flex torn, patched and kinked. They capped off an old gas pipe sticking up in the old furnace area and re-​sealed the old furnace duct.
Dave Jr., Tony, John, Levi and office staff did excellent re-​ducting and install of new 3 ton Frigidaire with a 10 year warranty on the unit, with a WiFi Venstar thermostat App on my smartphone and computer. I had to leave the home to deal with my mother’s funeral arrangements. It’s good to know whether you are there or not … they are A++.

Great customer service. Air was out, they came out on time and it was actually something minor so they didn’t overcharge. Patricia was great and took good care of scheduling me. I rec9mmend.

Shell came to our house on Saturday, only a couple hours after we called. He fixed our air conditioning problem in a few minutes. He gave us a short intro to the Norris Air maintenance contract, which allowed us to use the contract service for our visit at $ 59, rather than the $ 130 I would have had to pay for an emergency visit. We signed up, and looks like we’ve found our AC guy. I had made the mistake of trying to install 2 programmable thermostats (have 0 mechanical ability). In the process I blew a fuse. Shell looked at the wiring, and instantly new what I had most likely done. Checked in the attic, and sure enough, Shell was courteous, and anxious to offer options to try and save us money.

I am a larger retired guy that has been told by several people that I have no business climbing a ladder and going up on the roof to check out my A/​C unit.
Back in September 2010, my ‘home warranty’ people send a guy out to inspect my system. I was told that it all looked okay, but it ‘needed’ the coils cleaned. When I questioned the service guy about it, he proceeded to explain that the temperature changes OUT HERE causes a scale-​like deposit to form on the interior and exterior surfaces of the coils that need periodic cleaning. Fortunately, I passed on the cleaning.
I recently discovered Unilocal and read Dani’s review and called Norris for an appointment for the procedure. An appointment was made PLUS they told me to go to their website and print out a copy of a coupon that would significantly reduce the price.
Reno came out ON TIME, and checked out the system and said everything work fine. I asked about the coil cleaning and he gave me a funny look. After telling him the story, he said that it was just an attempt to get paid for useless work, and that there was no such issue with my type of unit.
Total cost? Just a shade over 60 bucks.
I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND A CALL TO NORRIS, IF YOU HAVE A NEED.

It’s pretty difficult to find a good a/​c company in the valley…1) there’s so many of them and 2) there’s so many bad ones! We went through a lot of companies before we found Norris Air… A few years ago, when we lived in Tempe, our a/​c went out… the tech that came out told me that the compressor was bad and that they could fix it for the *low* price of $ 580!!! He couldn’t tell me exactly what was wrong with the compressor, but said he was sure that replacing it would help. ??? I got a second opinion from Norris Air, having heard good reviews of them from a few people. Turns out that it wasn’t the compressor and we had it fixed for $ 100. Since then, we’ve never used anyone else.
So, our air conditioning went out last weekend – why do these things always happen on weekends and in the middle of summer??? They were out in a few hours, scaled our steep roof, only charged us $ 75 for a weekend service call and the a/​c was back up and running (w/​a new capacitor). I’m just relieved that we finally found a company that’s reliable and trustworthy in Phx!
