I went to this place because it was the most reasonably priced Hotel in the area and I only needed it for 3 nights. I only need a one bedroom for one person. They agreed to give me an upgraded room for the same price as a one bedroom, so I thought great! When I got to the room it was a two bedroom, and there was a terrible odor in it, and the room was very cold. I turned on the heater, but after an hour it never got warm at all, it just blew cold air. I called the phone number on the card and nobody answered so I called a couple more times double checking that I got the number right. No answer. It is already 2 in the morning so I decided to just tough it out. At 8 in the morning I go to take a shower and there’s no hot water either. I called the front desk and they said they were sending a maintenance person who never showed up. At 11 o’clock I went down to the desk to tell them what happened and they said they would change my room. I asked what they plan to do about the prior night’s inconvenience. The lady at the desk said that she was the owner and manager and that since I had two rooms for only the price of one that I should feel lucky. I told the lady that I could have 100 rooms but it’s still miserable if they’re cold and have no hot water either. The owner said that she didn’t even turn her heat on in her place overnight and I have nothing to complain about because there were two beds with sheets on them I could have gotten under. I didn’t mention to her that it was a little unsettling when there were three police officers on top of a guy in the parking lot or that there was a crowd of people having a party in the back of the complex. I wasn’t looking for anything major from her I just thought she might at least apologize and offer a small credit towards the bill. Instead she insulted me and told me that I dialed the wrong phone number to get help and that I was lucky to have a place to sleep. This could very well be the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor, be safe, be treated with at least a little respect, and pay a couple more dollars to stay somewhere else. I know I will!

I’m all for foreigners trying to make a living but someone should have told that being a hotel owner you need to be hospitable. SCARY neighborhood too. Think I saw this bldg on episode of Cops. NOSTARS for this place.

By far the worst place out there. I rented a room and it was too run down to stay in. After paying I walked into the room then walked immediately back to the office and asked for a refund or even a partial refund. They declined and told me there was nothing they could do. I explained there was drug paraphanilia, dirty sheets, no door handle on the bathroom, wires hanging from the ceiling, and mold in the bathroom. They told me that was on the maintenance list for things that needed done and it shouldnt affect my stay. Needless to say I had to get the police involved. If at all possible DONOTSTAYHERE!

I’ve weighed it all out and conclude that for $ 67.26 it could have been much worse. I was fortunate in that, Mary unilaterally decided to upgrade me to an apartment with a full kitchen. I required special accommodations so was at a suite in the back that was relatively quite and very close to my vehicle. Rhonda Lee offered to bring my luggage in and I was warmly received by all. I did not see any«extra guests» in my room as the previous reviewer remarked. However, my sister joined me later and was clearly overwhelmed by an odor. She also pointed out a stain on the carpet. I always travel with Febreeze. I generously applied it to the carpet and furniture, turned on the air conditioner and within a few minutes sis gave me a hug and kiss indicating she was good to go! My sister is hypersensitive to smell, so I must say the fact that she did not leave to join the family we were visiting speaks volumes! She could have and would have gone otherwise. There were many children with parents at the upgraded site. The stain could have easily been a spilled drink from either. I am highly confident and sending good vibes toward a peaceful night’s sleep, devoid of burglars, vandals and other riff raff. My heartfelt thanks to Mike, Mary and Rhonda Lee. I only spoke with Mike on the phone, but Mary was very kind to upgrade me on her own accord. And Rhonda Lee was a gem to offer to unload my vehicle! My five star rating reflects what has thusfar been«as good as it gets» for the price of the room supplemented by the«priceless» service! XoX
