Primary areas of focus include the east valley: Scottsdale, Tempe, Ahwatukee, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek. Also very knowledgeable of central Phoenix, north central Phoenix, and the Moon Valley areas.

History

Established in 2012.

As an investor myself, I first got into real estate in 2011. With rates and property values low, we saw an opportunity to make a hefty profit in with rental properties. Within a year, the passion for investing quickly turned into a full time business. As my knowledge grew, so did my opportunities as I was asked to train all the incoming agents for HomeSmart after only being in the business 1.5 years. In the last 6 months I was asked to be one of HomeSmart’s 10 branch managers and currently hold that role for the Mesa office.
