Business Owner

A native of Chandler, Bill entered the real estate business in 1974. Bill is distinguished as a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute). Additionally, Bill has a B.S. from Arizona State University in Real Estate and Finance. He and his wife of 37 years, Sharon, have three not-​so-​little Ryans: Lisa, Jared and Jeff. In November of 2006, they were blessed with their first grandchildren, twin girls Ryan and Reese, Cory and Lisa’s daughters. In 2010, baby boy Ryder came along to try to whip those girls into shape. (Good luck Ryder.) Bill and Sharon’s son Jared and his partner, Jessica, blessed their family with baby boys Will and Tyson as well. Youngest son Jeff is the happy bachelor. Bill is so proud to have Cory, Lisa, Jess, and Jeff on his team. In January of 2013, Cory stepped up to take on more of a management role on the team and his youth and great ideas have already had a positive effect on our group.
