Mi Casa Property Management has provided residential property management services since 1994. We manage single family homes, condos, townhouses and multi-​family buildings. Our office staff is bilingual in Spanish to provide investors with the assurance we are able to communicate with both markets in the rental industry.

Established in 1994.

Mi Casa Property Management was established in Mesa, AZ. Our focus has been the residential market. We saw a need from owner/​investors of full management services for their properties in the valley. Currently, we manage more than a hundred properties including single family homes, condos, townhouses and multi-​unit properties.

Manager

The broker of this office is Manuel Cerdhe. He received, in 1994, a Broker’s license from the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Received an A.A.S degree in Marketing Management from the SLCC and has been active in the Residential Management Industry since the since 1990.
