We live here with our 3 small children… The apartment is so infested with roaches it’s not even funny and we had bed bugs from this place that come out of the outlets. The mirror doors fall off and break and then they tell you that you are doing something wrong the flooring is coming up and in our lease it says no assigned parking well they decided to change that and have us peaking in a tiny spot and have to walk through the parking lot with three toddlers even though all these drivers are crazy and I have been hit by cars 3 times. Management is rude and judgmental. We are paying $ 753 for a 2 bed 2 bath and can’t wait till we can move I hate this place with a burning passion

You don’t want to live at this place. The management doesn’t give a shit about you or your property. My husband and I have lived her for a year and 4 months and the time we have been here no has bothered us. Now my car is getting written on and keyed. I don’t bother anyone and don’t do property damage to anyone else s property. You don’t want to live where they don’t have your best interest!!!

These apartments are great, I am so happy there is a NEW MANAGEMENT that is taking this community to it’s fullest potential. Amazing changes and improvements all around. They are even installing washer/​dryers in selected apartments! Great place to live.

im currently living here and OMG!!! its ridiculous. the neighbors are loud as f*** reported many times and of course nothing. the people who have dogs and walk them DO NOT pick up their dogs s*** and they have bags available for these pet owners but still nothing gets done. the kids throw rocks EVERYWHERE and nothing gets done. currently there is a party going on right now next door its 11:35 pm and they are extremely loud music is blaring people shouting and yelling pounding the walls and just ready to call mesa pd but of course nothing will be done… i wish i can get out of my lease early or atleast get some percentage of rent for dealing with this loud sh** i mean seriously its not worth it. i would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone not even my worse enemy!!!

Absolute worst place I’ve ever lived! There are roaches everywhere, and in order to get them removed you have to do the majority of the work. $ 650 a month for a roach infested two bed two bath 3^rd story apartment. Don’t even waste your time or your money on this disgusting apartment complex.

DAYTIME HOME INVASION!!!
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Moved my son & his friend in there while attending school… They have had parts stolen off their vehicles, police called there for domestic disputes on numerous occasions, but today takes the cake! They were the victims of a HOME INVASION!!! At 11am on a Monday! My son was just waking up from working late the night before when a guy opens the door to his bedroom… my son yelled at him to the the hell out! On his way out the guy grabbed a backpack on the floor (that he apparently had been filling with their car keys, ipods & other stuff around the house) & attempted to leave, of course my son grabbed the pb from him & the douchbag pulled a KNIFE! Fortunately my son didn’t pursue him further & the guy ran off! He had also unhooked all of their electronics, pocketed & got away with their wallets! When I called the office to make sure they would be fixing the lock & reinforcing the sliding door with a piece of wood in the track, they said «yes, the police came by & asked about where was that apt… but I told them I didn’t know what was going on» DUH?! Thankfully they have already given notice & will be out in less than a week anyways but THIS COMPLEX IS NOT SAFE!
OH & FULL OF ROACHES!!!
