History

Established in 2011.

After managing his own rental properties and some for friends and family, Mark Brower established this business in 2011 to help landlords find great tenants and to provide quality housing for those quality tenants.

Mark Brower has lived in Mesa, AZ since 1985.

Mark’s passion for rental property ownership began while pursuing a business economics undergraduate degree at ASU when a friend suggested they purchase a home and move in roommates to make the mortgage payment.

Following a brief and successful career in commercial real estate Mark Brower Properties was formed with the mission of providing high quality property management services with a fee structure that aligns the company’s interests with what is best for the landlord.

Mark Brower Properties offers full residential real estate services to its clients: providing industry-​leading management services and assisting their clients with listing and selling properties when the time is right.

Mark has both a BS in Economics and an MBA from ASU and has owned a residential appraisal company and is the managing partner in a real estate investment company as well.
