Got my nails done two days ago here. That’s same a day a nail or two began lifting. Now two days later they are almost all lifting from the back. They’ll tell you «oh we are making them thin to look natural, be careful with them» but they are really just doing a poor job. Their customer service was mediocre. My eye brow wax didn’t turn out decent but she didn’t spend much time. All in all, not impressed and will not be returning.

I don’t know why this place has so many low reviews. This place is amazing! You get a neck, shoulder rub while you get a pedicure! Who could ask for more!!! I would say the only thing they can improve on is the leg & foot massage.

Lee is the best!!! I have been coming to this nail salon since they opened and have never had bad service.

Bad nail job, started lifting first day. Broke one, went back for repair and man who did them said he was to busy to fix my nail. Tech who fixed them did a better job than the the original guy. Gave up and went to someone else and had them removed and replaced.

I really enjoyed my service! They really take the time to take care of you. Will definitely be my new spot for my nail seevices.

I used to go to this place often and liked it a lot, but they went way downhill over the years. For starters, they seemed to change their setup around every time I went in and they just kept jamming more chairs in making it less personable. The nail techs and massage therapists that don’t have clients will usually sit back in the chairs on their phones. However, the primary reason I stopped is because their price list is a little deceiving. The price list that is up front is only if you pay in cash. If you pay with credit it is another $ 2. Also, I am not sure if they still do it, but I believe they add a chair massage automatically and that is an extra $ 3. If you know about it you can tell them you don’t want that, but they don’t bother to tell you that you have that option. They just come over and start the massage.
With that being said, I was in that neighborhood the other day and went their because it was the most convenient and I was short on time. They were rather rude and like before half the staff was just relaxing in the chairs. I believe my nail tech was new to the location because she had to keep asking where things were. I was getting a gel manicure and I felt that she was putting the polish on thicker instead of doing multiple coats (as I’ve had done at other places) and she was leaving my hands under the UV lamp for about 3X longer than other places do. Not sure if it was just because it was a less intense UV ray, it was because of the thicker coats, or she just didn’t know/​care. The manicure itself was not much to talk about. She trimmed my cuticles and filed down my nails before painting them and after painting them she spread some oil on them and put them in the warmers. The listed price on the door for this service was $ 25 and I never saw a different price list and I don’t remember it saying it was the cash only price (sadly I had forgotten about this practice). When I went to pay I had my card in my hand so he automatically added the $ 2. After I had signed the receipt I remembered the policy and asked if that is why it was more and he said yes. If he had just said something to me it would have been a win-​win-​win. I would have saved $ 2, the store would have gotten cash, and I would have given the nail tech an extra $ 1 in tip.
To add injury to insult, it is a very poorly done polish job. After only 4 days it is badly chipped, where a gel manicure should last close to 2 weeks. I have never had one that lasted less than a week and a half.
On a side note, I also saw them waxing some girls eyebrows right out in front, crammed in a corner between pedicure stations. I am not sure how sanitary this would be and for me as a customer I think I would prefer more privacy. Hopefully their other waxing services take place in a back room.
Bottom line, I won’t be returning. When they learn to value the customer over the cash then maybe I will go back.

I have been coming to this place for years and I feel it is time to move on. The staff still doesn’t know name or even recognize me when I walk in. My favorite nail. tech is no longer here either so I have found another place to go.

Overpriced. Its always so busy. At first I felt pampered when they worked on both my mani and pedi until I realized its so busy and I couldn’t relax. One of the techs gave my friend attitude for wanting different colors on each of her nails, and we thought it was pretty rude. We’re not ones to complain or have an attitude when we get bad service, so we tried to be nice about it but she was just so rude. My tech insisted I get a design even though I told her no she made chevron stripes on one and my gel manicure had chips within a week. Never went back.

I will never be going back to here. Yesterday I went and the lady doing my toes said the color I picked out would chip. She was trying to push a brand called perfect match on me. I was already upset because she was putting up a stink about me wanting my color I chose from their selection and when I got home I noticed she did not put a clear coat on my toes. I will not be returning because I feel that that is bad service and don’t have a brand out available when you say it chips!

More pissed off than disappointed! Bought a Groupon for $ 36 (supposedly a $ 72 value — considering they have nothing on their price list that matches this amount). The man at the front desk just asked me how much I paid for the voucher and told me to go sit in chair 27. Sat in the chair for 30 minutes before anyone even came over (not a big deal). The woman did not speak English and began scrubbing my feet. While I was seated, a guy came over to ask if I wanted a shoulder massage. I declined and both parties looked upset that I refused. I was supposed to get a «reflexology» massage from another worker there (when the lady picked up and left). The man barely touched my feet and set a timer for the massage (he left before it went off). When the woman came back to paint my toes, she had a difficult time because the polish was all clumpy. She had to add nail polish remover to smooth it out and my toes were still left with bumps (horrible looking!!). She didn’t seem to mind though. Right after she finished the top coat, she picked up my things and handed them to me to get out of the chair and go to the front desk. No time to dry there I guess! WORST Nail place ever! Do not waste your money!

I first went here when they opened many years ago. The service was great. Over the years I’ve seen it drastically go down hill and become less appealing. The staff all seem to be worried about getting their tips. I hadn’t been in here for about 6 months. Went for a pedicure kn a Thursday evening. Waited with my daughter with our feet soaking in cold water, zero bubbles. Another lady came in after me and her pedicure began right away. As I still sat with my feet in cold water. Shortly, after that they began. The service itself was fine what I am very displeased about is the Polish paint they use. Friday mid day I have chipped toenail polish on at least 4 toes. I make my way back there Saturday am and they did fix it and not charge me but, even by Monday am… here I sit with chipped toes. I’ve always been able to go much longer then that! They no longer use OPI, they use Savina. Maybe it’s the polish. It was very dirty behind the pedi chairs. Time to find a new place.

Bought a groupon for my mom and I to get a reflexology pedicure. Pretty standard pedicure with the expected add ons (paraffin wax, heated booties, extra massage time), the difference? Men standing behind your chair giving you a shoulder massage. Did it feel good? Yes. Was it awkward? Yes. They have to contort their bodies in such a way to get over the chair to reach your shoulders, I couldn’t help but think of how bad their shoulders must hurt after a day doing this. Keep in mind you must tip the pedicure guy and the guy massaging your shoulders, and they will both want cash.
The actual paint and design they did has lasted a really long time and is probably the best quality I have had in the area. I would highly recommend getting a groupon/​living social deal before coming — try it out cheap before you pay the big bucks.
My mom’s pedicurist was selling some kind of lotion for dry feet. She was putting up a hard sell, and my mom was finally guilted into buy a bottle. Then she took payment on her own phone using swipe? It just seemed shady.

Horrible! Went there because I had a discount coupon — turns out it wasn’t really a discount since that’s what they charge anyway. Felt VERY mislead because when I went in I said I wanted a manicure as well. Charged me twice the advertised price on the discount coupon. Got hot stone pedicure w massage and gel manicure. Gel started chipping the next day. Not a nice experience w 4 different techs (one was too busy to finish). They were pleasant but not skilled. NEVER AGAIN!

This place was awful I should have listened to the reviews but I was in need of some major eyebrow therapy and this was right here next to Walmart and I just moved and unfamiliar with the area well that being said I should have just picked up the tweezers at Walmart instead of going here he took my eyebrows nearly off completely and they were not even small to begin with he took off the arc and left straight lines on my face it burns so bad bc he took way too much hair off in places it should not have been removed and they charge 9 dollars for a wax they’ve never heard of threading before either don’t waste your time or your money they suck.

I have been taking my wife here for sometime now. She is in a wheelchair so it can be challenging. The staff is very accommodating and always ever to please my wife. Jimmy works on my wife, who comes up with the craziest designs, jimmy never complains and does a beautiful job every time. I would highly recommend lo Ann nails.

Definitely not great… won’t be back. Got a gel manicure yesterday and it’s already starting to chip quite a bit. Even when I left I noticed how unevenly she had applied the polish and knew it wasn’t good quality stuff. The staff member who did my nails seemed like she was in such a rush to finish mine so she could work on her own nails as well. I was also almost charged an extra $ 5 for wanting to use a different color on one nail per hand.
A few nice staff members, but that’s about all this place has going for it.
Update: Gel manicure only lasted about 6 days.

I went once for a manicure and it was sub-​par. I returned several months later for a pedicure, thinking it was simply the operator the first time. This time I asked for the basic pedicure which turned out to be adequate. It came with a shoulder massage which was also adequate. What really annoyed me was that the girl who did the massage had me fill out a slip on her performance; this slip included a space to add a tip which I would have done had she not insisted I fill in the space. RUDE! I have worked for tips most of my life and they are never demanded. Then, as my daughter in –law was paying our bill they charged me tor an different pedicure at a cost of an additional $ 6. I DID NOT REQUEST THAT SERVICE AND THEY INSISTED I DID. LIARS AND CHEATERS!!! I WILL NOT SET FOOT IN THIS SHOP AGAIN.

Worst nail place I’ve been to in years. I went in there for a back full, and by the time they were almost done they looked like my 3 year old had done them. I asked her to redo them and she did it right but coincidently cut my fingers with the file 3 times. I’m now leaving 2 hours later and my fingers are killing me and three of my nails have black fuzzier I them so my white tips still look AWEFUL full of black hairs. Gross!!! They asked me to rate my experience and did not offer to give me a discount instead they said «sorry have a nice day». Ugh… the place was dirty and there were workers massaging each others backs about 10 of them not helping people… should have seen the red flags everywhere…

Came in LoAnn Nails to give them a second chance to redeem themselves from my last horrible experience but of course they are an epic fail AGAIN! No more chances. I came in at 12:30 to try and get one nail fixed. I had a full set GEL manicure with a GEL color. Apparently they don’t know or do GEL manicures and the color they said my nails were, was COMPLETELY wrong. Needless to say I left with still a nail that needs to be fixed and 30 mins of my time wasted. Time to take new training classes and get experienced on what is NEW LoAnn NAILS!!!

Is there a way to leave a NO STAR Rating? Take your money elsewhere, I have gone here several times for over priced pedicures and rushed service. Upon my visit on Friday for my eyebrow wax, was the last string, reminding me never to return.
I was asked to sit in a chair in front of the salon, not in a private room. There was no chair available for my daughter to sit.
The lady hurried over to me, and was clearly in a hurry. She got a stick of hot wax and applied it to my eyebrow, but in the midst of placing it over my eyebrow she dropped a huge amount on my bottom lip. Hot wax mind you. In her language she said something I assumed was «sorry» She continued on, second time she spilled hot wax on my CHEEK. I told her she was rushing and to take her time. She finished to what she thought was satisfactory, but to me wasn’t I asked her to thin them out more, She was clearly annoyed with me. Upon checkout, I was shoved a comment card, where I reported my service /​experience as POOR, The lady at the checkout mumbled something about me in their language and about 12 employees stared at me. I could go on and on. My friend got a fungal infection after a pedicure there. SIMPLY TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Nasty. Nothing about this place was clean. My normal shop was closed, so I didn’t think a fill would be a difficult thing. The tech paid so little attention that he shredded my skin with the power tool and buffed my skin with the block. Every time I looked, he was looking around the shop and not at my nails. Horrible. I voiced my concerned at the counter and was told ‘sorry… You want to leave a tip? Ridiculous.

No stars. I hated this place. I bought the groupon for the business which was 1 mani/​pedi spa with reflexology, the value of which was supposed to be $ 62. My sister and our friend also bought the deal but decided to get the 2 mani/​pedi for $ 49 which was supposed to be valued at $ 124. The groupon specified that you had to call in order to use the groupon. When I called to make the appointment the woman on the phone told me «don’t buy the groupon, I will give you the price of it.» Well, I already had and to me this was an example of a shady business deal.
I made our appointments and met there. The first thing we noticed when we pulled up was the sign out front that had our treatment stating the value at $ 38, not the $ 62 that was quoted on the groupon website. So basically, the business had lied about the cost. We sat down and put our feet in water while who I think was the owner barked at the manicurists in another language. I think she was ordering them to take each of us but her employees seemed confused as to which one was supposed to work on which customer. Finally, all sorted out our manicurists started work. They each gave us a menu to ask which treatment we wanted and we said that we had the groupon. We were informed that the spa mani/​pedi isnt on the menu form. So there was no way to verify what exactly should be done in the treatment. They brought us each plastic gloves filled with some hard lotion and stuck our hands in it. My sister and I were given heating pads to soften the lotion and condition our hands which felt really nice. Our friend was not and sat with her hands in the plastic gloves for 20 minutes before the manicurist finally gave her warm gloves. My manicurist in the meantime was busy swatting my legs to show me which one she wanted me to lift up. She had a little bit of an attitude with me which I didn’t really like. The owner was busy still barking various orders across the salon to her employees and there seemed to be little organization. As we sat in our chairs we heard several customers complain that they had tried multiple times to set an appointment but no one ever answered.
The manicurists would not do any of the massage. They would move aside and a different person would come and do the massage. I will say that the guy who did it did a wonderful job! My sister paid an up charge to polka dots on her toes which her manicurist managed to turn into streaks and didn’t bother to fix. My friend paid an up charge for callous remover which was poorly poorly poorly done. As we got ready to leave and pay we noticed that the owner was now bullying customers into giving bigger tips and to give to both the person who massaged the client and the manicurist. She was mean and she was rude. She also gave us a card that would allow us the groupon price all the time. Awesome except both my sister and my friend wasted extra money on buying the 2 mani\pedis. All in all I would never go here again. It was dirty, they were rude and I felt like my experience didn’t matter to them at all.

Thank you Andrew, Amy, and Tommy for spoiling this bride rotten today! I had a blast and felt so pampered. They are so nice in this place and do great work!

NOT GOOD experience…
Went here for the first time because my nail salone was closed for a day.
Found it overcrowded with equipment and chairs being squashed together, counted at least 20 employees, many sitting around doing nothing except talking and laughing.
My nail tech ANSWERED HER CELLPHONE in the middle of my gel manicure that was listed as $ 25.
I was charged $ 2 extra for using my debit card instead of paying in cash, something that I did NOT see a sign posted about, nor was it disclosed BEFORE my treatment started.
My nail tech did not engage or initate any type of conversation so I attempted to talk to her at least three times, all I got were short sentences, she spoke English well enough to direct customers coming in the door though. My entire 60 minute treatment was in mostly silence.
There was a gathering of at least five female employees to the front counter who then proceeded to cut up fresh fruit and mix up various types of «dip» and stand there while eating and chatting loudly.
Then, I decided to have an eyebrow wax… my first ever in my 30’s, I normally do my own eyebrows.
My nail tech was qualified to do the waxing and I told her it was my first time and I was nervous and why. She led me to the «back» room to have it done privately, and as she entered the room, another employee was ASLEEP on the CUSTOMER bed/​bench where waxing is done. She immediately closed the door, said «oops, not in there I guess» and kind of laughed about it, then led me to a large chair at the very front of the place in front of all the other customers. Not relaxing at all.
Wow…
There were floor areas that were «repaired» with silver «duct» tape…
With 20 or so employees and enough places for that many to work, plus the extra non-​disclosed fees, they can’t afford to fix the flooring???

I was immensely impressed with this place!!! I took my 7-​year old granddaughter for her first pedicure for her birthday. She had a wonderful patient young guy who did a GREAT job!
This place does everything right! They people there are very friendly and efficient! The prices were very reasonable. And when I paid, I was given a comment sheet to sign and rate them.
This is the only place I am aware of that has children’s spas. My granddaughter was in 7^th heaven and she was treated very nicely. I wanted her first time to be a special one.
And, I was very much impressed with how well everyone spoke English. I am pretty sure almost everyone is of Vietnamese decent.
Excellent experience from the moment I walked in the door. There is nothing they could have done better.
