I have been going to Da Vi Nails for years because it is convenient. I have always enjoyed the down to earth staff who make you feel welcome. I have always had quality work done. Also, the price is very reasonable!

First and last time customer. Went in because my normal nail salon was closed. My nails themselves are just okay. He messed up the polish on my design and did not file my nails smooth, I had to do so myself when I got home. The customer service that I witnessed here today was unbelievably awful! First off, you are in a Wal-​Mart, you know you are going to have a wide variety of customers walking in. A woman came in, handicapped, on a scooter, wanting to get a fill. They told her to move her scooter out of the way so people could get by. Okay, I can understand that. But they were rude about it. Then the lady employee who was going to do her nails, her station was all the way against the wall and obviously, the scooter would not fit there. When the customer asked her if she could move to a different station, she responded with «No my stuff here, I no move for you.» Then a male employee proceeded with, «You can’t walk!!!» The lady is handicapped and without help (that you did not seem to want to give her) no she can not walk. So hastily, the woman employee said she would move to an outside station. But yet still the woman was told to get out of the scooter. Again with no offers of help from anyone. So she struggles and makes it into the chair, now she has to be turned around and scooted in so that the tech could reach her nails. The customer asked her to help her and the tech replied «I can not help you, I broke my left hand so I can not do much with it.» The customer says, «ok what about a male employee?» The man who asked her if she could walk, looked disgusted and bothered. She then literally called out his name and said «Can you help me with my chair?» He replied «Ugh no I can not help you because I broke my hand.» Mind you he is just sitting there doing absolutely nothing but playing on his cell phone. This woman is a paying customer just like the rest of us. If you are not there for customer service, then what are you there for? The woman and man tech were so incredibly rude to her and if I were here I would have told them to forget it… and in not so nice words. Bless this woman’s heart for being so patient.
If you want good customer service, and good quality of nails, I’d say for sure go elsewhere.
The only good thing about this experience is that I personally did not have to wait at all to get in, and they were busy.

come in normally since prices are generally low and not too busy unless snow bird season… the staff is very polite here and rememeber you so thats a plus, only complaint is its kinda tiny area so the waiting area can get really cramped

Been here three times with my elderly father and with sisters. Today Bob is doing a great job. The foot massage is the best ever.

this was the second gel manicure at this salon, my nails were filed down to mush, even with the gel polish on them they bend like crazy, both thumbnails broke the next day, won’t go back
