I walked in at 10:15 for a 1030 appointment With Yohana I was greeted promptly asked if I would like a coffee told it would take a minute and a minute later they brought me back had my taxes done the reason no five star because my name was spelt wrong but it wasn’t their fault but they couldn’t reopen it and change it I may have to go back to sign some papers when they are able to change it but otherwise a great overall experience The reason I went there was because I went to Jackson Hewitt across the street and had a horrible experience and I walked out plus the Jackson Hewitt guy said I was getting a small return and owed a lot to the state H&R Block got me a big return with little owed to the state nothing changed on my taxes because I have no deductions at all I’m not married I have no kids
