Fletcher’s Tire and Auto Service

Warning! do not have your oil changed here! I had my oil changed back in June for my 2013 Chevy truck, I went today for my appointment, the counter guy tried to sell me the Dextros1 oil job at a much higher price and I said I just want what you guys did last time. He said that if they wrong oil was put in my truck and had warranty issue and showed the Chevy dealer the Fletcher’s receipt of what they did last time if would void my engine warranty. I said then why did they not say anything last time, he said «I don’t know but my guys are trained to say something». I said then if they put the wrong oil in last time then way didn’t your guys say anything, he said «I don’t know». He handed me a piece of paper from a non Chevy web page stating that my truck needed the Dextros 5−30w oil for my 5.3 engine. I left and researched this to be true. But they still put in the wrong oil in back in June based on the work done that’s in their computer system as a basic oil change. I bet he is changing that right now.

I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my vehicle today to find there was no charge to repair my damaged tire. I did not buy my tires at Fletcher’s but have used them for other repairs in the past. Although there was a nail in the tire, they repaired it for free. I will certainly use Fletcher’s again when I need work done on my car.

Service is excellent, staff is knowledgeable… I would recommend these folks.

Stopped in today to inquire about why my tires are wearing after only 42k miles and are in need of replacement. I had gone to their other location on Crismon to get my oil changed and rotate tires about 3 weeks ago and had a terrible experience with Robert, the manager. He told me I needed tires and I purchased them from there so, I asked about the warranty on them and he said he would get back to me later that and never did. I asked Robert why my tires would need replacing so soon as they are a 60k mile tire and he said that it was my driving style and I must be an aggressive driver, I think because I’m a woman he thinks I don’t know anything as this isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with Robert. So, Josh, the manager at the greenfield location was wonderful today. They pulled it in right away to determine the wear issue and he found that I need a bolt kit for my struts to correct the alignment as my shocks and struts are sagging, but don’t need replacement at this time. If it wasn’t for Josh today I was never going to come back to Flachers as a customer for any of my vehicle needs, but he is making it right and we will be using him now and in the future. Thank you Josh!!!

New tires and brakes on my car. Service manager, Josh, was friendly. All around they were helpful, friendly and fast.

Very Satisfied! Brought my 97 F250 in for a couple minor issues. The tech was able to locate a few additional issues that solved the problem. My truck runs 100% better now than it did before I brought it in. Did not really think that it could run that good. Everyone was respectful and didn’t treat me like I didn’t know anything. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Customer for life!

This store is very close to my house so I have gone here for along time. Always great service and the last two managers have been awesome! (Brian and Scott). They have both moved on and there is now someone there that is way over their head attempting to fill the position. I had issues with my last visit and I wrote to the company TWICE concerning the issues. I had asked to be contacted by the regional service manager and several weeks have gone by with no response. I have since taken care of the issue myself with the store. While the problem was rectified, it was clear it should have never happened in the first place. My issue right now is not with the store but with Fletchers Corporate. Poor, poor customer service when elevated past the store level!

I have been to a LOT of different auto service places over the years and so far, THIS location in Mesa has taken the best care of me! The store manager (Brian, I believe?) is friendly and helpful – he actually explained exactly WHAT’S been going on with my Camry! I will continue to return here whenever something arises with my ride and I recommend others do the same!
