The hours are stupid, seriously you’re closed on Monday and only open from noon to 7. What’s the point!!!

You can so spend your whole day here! This place is huge and filled with tons of clothes! A lot of brands, different colors, and plenty of fun styles. There are signs everywhere so it’s easy to find the department your looking for.
Fitting rooms and customer service: HOTT MESS. It’s the WORST. I literally waited 45 minutes to get into one of the juniors fitting room. (On a Monday)
The two rooms were taken by people who I heard were in there taking pictures and thinking the fitting room was a party room. (No employee tending the fitting rooms) I was surprised to see that when they walked out, they had tried on about 40 items and not kept even one. So they hang there stuff on the unwanted rack and they leave.
So I get into my room (finally) and I hear the worker come over and complain to a customer about how the ladies had hung their stuff. She literally said (in Spanish) that she was not there so rehang things. So then the same worker says rudely out loud to me and the lady trying on next door «HANG YOUR STUFF THE RIGHT WAY» No please, no thank you, and definitely not politely. At this point I’m done. I literally LOLed and walked out because I could not believe she said that.
All in all, beware that if you do decide to shop here, all items are final sale. So your stuck with having to try things on. You might get mauled and yelled at by the employees in the fitting room, be given death stares and be given a couple eye rollings when they see you coming…
Yeah I know it’s a clearance center but that still means great customer service is appreciated. Without people spending here this place is nothing.

They have amazing deals on clothes. You do need the patience to sort through a lot of stuff though, but if you do – this is the place to be! They have 65% off on their items and on top of that you do get an additional 40−50% sometimes even more!

This place is wonderful. Great place for a deal on clothes. $ 75+ tall men’s shirts for as little as $ 5 to $ 15? What do you want? Oh. The $ 100 women’s skirts and dresses for less than $ 20, Cool teen t-​shirts for $ 2 to $ 10. Seriously. I’ve outfitted my whole family for less than $ 200. This is a huge store and it can be overwhelming. Expect to be here a long time. Find or bring a shopping basket. For those who require attention from a clerk. This place is not for you. It’s basically self-​serve. If I’ve had a question, the clerks are helpful in general. This is a clearance warehouse, not a fancy store. Much more relaxing than Last Chance. Wider selection.
Get over yourself and save some money! The clothes are awesome.

This place is a gem! I always try to make weekly visits because they are always getting new stuff in and their sales change from week to week. I have bought $ 400 dresses for $ 50 after all the discounts. Dress shirts for less than $ 10!!! For that cost I can barely get a used plain shirt at goodwill. Dillard’s clearance, I look like a million dollars because of you and didn’t spend it! This store is one of the reasons I will be sad to move back to CA one day. My advise to you is to call their number to see what sales they have that week before you go.

OMG! Where to start? If you don’t mind folks assuming you are a shoplifter, please shop here. If you don’t mind being treated poorly, please come here. If you don’t mind an unorganized rack of clothes with so much stuff you can’t really look through it, please shop here. If you feel like being stared down by the folks working the dressing rooms, please shop here. Yes, you can find great deals here or those out of season items you are needing but don’t expect a pleasant shopping experience.

My wife stopped in here last week and told me they have the shirts that I like for like $ 12 a piece.
She was right, I was skeptical about heading into Fiesta mall, but this Dillards is dirt dirt cheap.
If you’re a older gentlemen that likes colorful golf clothes and suits… this is your place. I picked up 2 long sleeve flannel shirts for cheap.
Suits, golf clothes, old man shorts, polo shirts… CHEAP.
Not much in the way for a younger generation, but again CHEAP!

This is a retail store that does not allow any returns so be sure to try on anything you decide to buy! I was disappointed that all their shoes were only high heels and pumps but I did like the large selection. All of their clothes are arranged by size so be ready to do some digging to find what you like. Good luck!

Like any discount store, this one is hit-​or-​miss, depending on the day. I’ve scored some good deals here in the past with the best coming from off-​season merchandise. They carry some of the nicer brands that regular Dillard’s stores carry. I go here for men’s and women’s clothes usually as the home section is pretty weak. A few reject comforters, a couple odds and ends and some sheets. Still, for the clothing selection I’d give it around ¾ stars.
The issue I have with the store is the customer service or should I say, lack there of. Most of the employees I come into contact with here are rude and off-​putting, especially when it comes to the dressing rooms. Once, while shopping for my honeymoon, I came to the dressing room with about 15 – 20 items. I was adhering to the rule of only bringing the chosen number of items allotted into the room at once. The lady who was working that dressing room that day told me not to try so many things on next time. I’m sorry, WHAT?! I spent around $ 200 in the store that day and several hours finding outfits for my week-​long trip. I should be able to try on as many things as I want as long as I follow the rules of the dressing room. I believe the employee just didn’t feel like putting my unwanted things back. She didn’t care that I was shopping for a once-​in-​a-​lifetime trip or about to spend a lot of money in her store.
This isn’t the only negative interaction I’ve had at a dressing room either. Several times, I’ve encountered employees that are annoyed when there’s a long line at the dressing room, which is always. And they make it really obvious that you’re inconveniencing them by simply trying things on. The problem is, all sales are final so you MUST try things on, but now every time I go to a dressing room, I’m nervous that I’m upsetting the employee. It’s odd and uncomfortable.

Great place! They have extra discounts on TOP of the already marked down prices on certain days in different clothing sections, and it’s pretty well organized for a clearance center. Great selection of womens dresses, that’s why I usually come here.
The one at Arrowhead Mall in Phx/​Peoria/​Glendale is even better though (it’s much bigger) so I suggest that one over this one if you’re ever in that area.

Came here not knowing it was the clearance store. It was worth the trip for the New Year’s Day sale but the store is old and run down

Love this place! I always find good deals on dresses for weddings or parties here. They also that a great shoe department and options for those of us who have small feet! If you love deals, you will love this place. They are always running additional specials so pay attention to the signs when you walk in. Also I would plan on spending lots of time there when you go because the racks are always packed and they seem to go on forever!

I like Dillard’s! But I LOOOOVE the Dillard’s outlets! Where can you get (3) $ 300 suits and Jessica Simpson boots for $ 177? They carry all the name brands and the latest in-​season clothes. I’m a fan! These outlets are an organized mess; but if you have patience, you can persevere! lol. I’ll do almost ANYTHING for a discount. Sales vary weekly, but you can check online before you go. And listen here! THERE ARE NO SALES ASSOCIATES ON THE FLOOR TO ASSIST YOU!!! Do not go in there thinking that you are at a regular Dillard’s store, like at Scottsdale Fashion Square. YOU ARE NOT! You will NOT get approach by anyone asking if they can help you. There is no button to press in the dressing room if you «inadvertently» picked up the wrong size. Get over it. And your Dillard’s credit card is acceptable here! :-)

My girlfriend introduced me to the clearance center. What a great place. You can’t believe the bargains. Now you do have to hunt for the good stuff but it’s there. Watch out for the TV test pattern shirts. Wow. My ears hurt those shirts were so loud. You know why some of this stuff is on clearance.
Now if you are looking for a nice pristine store lined in 24 carrot gold with diamond encrusted hangers what planet are you on. It is a clearance center. It isn’t a complete dump but not exactly the nicest store ever. It gets the job done.
They have a wide selection of clothes of all different styles. Of course the women’s stuff completely out numbers the men’s but that is to be expected.
I will definitely be back especially when they are having an extra 40% off the 60% off reduced price.

I remember when these guys were at 19^th Ave and Bethany on the West Side… too far for me to go often so I’m glad they opened up a new store here on the East side in Mesa.
This is a great place to come if you are looking for cheap but NEW clothing. They have men’s, women’s and children’s clothing all between 50−90% off the normal department store retail price. You can also find some bedding, table linens, and shoes but they primarily carry clothing. They also run monthly ‘specials’ so for example when I was there they had an additional 50% off dresses and 40% off women’s tops. I picked up an Antonio Melani silk blouse listed for $ 41.65 and then at the register they took another 40% off that price so it ended up costing $ 25. Not bad for something that originally cost $ 119 so basically I got it for 80% off :) Like any other bargain discount store you will have to search for those treasures and this place is sooooo BIG you will probably shop till you drop so bring comfy shoes and enjoy your treasure hunt!

I’d never actually ventured in here until I was on the hunt for a specific fabric.
Seems like they have things organized pretty well. Large signs everywhere directing you towards different sections. The quality of their items is pretty good too for being a «clearence center». And you really cant beat the prices. I found the piece I was looking for and purchased it for 60% off the marked price (80% off the original price).
They have specials every day (extra 605 off womens dress, mens shoes, etc). That sign is posted right at the enterence so you cant miss it.
This place is worth it if you have the time to look around.

Compared to Last Chance, this place’s selection is mind numbingly huge. The problem comes when you try to find something you want. While at Last Chance, you need to be wary of holes, stains and wear, here you simply must find a style you like. Some items appear to have stayed on the shelves since the 90’s, as noted in my pictures. Of course, I can’t forget to mention the turtle neck section, an absolute must have in summer, where it can never be too hot.
Not to be critical, you can find some gold here, albeit after looking for 30 to 60 minutes. The other deal is that it is not at a giveaway price. If you are willing to spend some money for well priced items, you will definitely leave a winner.
If you need some work clothes and not on a shoe string budget, you can score huge here. Otherwise it is not advised to bring high expectations.

I used to love shopping at Dillards because they had a wide selection of stuff that I could buy at decent prices. At some point, this store became a clearance center, and I would shop here from time to time. I’m not sure why they made it a clearance center, but its racks and racks of Dillards clothing at deeply discounted prices.
Most of the stuff is sorted by size and gender. Endless racks of clothing at 50% off, some even 70% off. I’d see a lot of the same clothing in a variety of sizes, with a little bit of household items in the back that always seemed to be picked over. Even though the store is two levels, they only have one level open for shopping, with a set of registers near the entrance. Selection and prices are good, but you have to really pick through the racks to find what your looking for. Second level is completely shut off, and I think you have to enter through the main level to shop.
The bargains are really good, and its worth a trip here to find some nice clothing at a great price. Just set aside some extra time to pick through the racks as their set up in an orderly chaos type fashion. Not the most eye appealing set up, but if your here, go check it out. I’ve had sporatic luck finding stuff here that I like. Sometimes I hit the jackpot and find a few items that I like, other times I’ve walked out empty handed. Not a bad place.

Dillards clearance center and me were destined to meet. Any time you can mix great quality, name brand clothes with low, low prices it is a recipe for shopping, and Dillards Clearance has perfected the recipe.
The store is huge with racks upon racks of earlier /​last season items straight from the racks of Dillards. This center and the one in metro center mall both receive merchandise from all southwest US dillards stores, according to one iffy sales representative.
I scored with a 5 discounted Murano, Calvin Klein, and Perry Ellis shirts, 2 or 3 sweaters, a jacket, a pair of dress pants, 4 packages of new mens «under garments», and a pair of dockers shorts for about $ 150 after tax. A bargain shoppers delight — you just can’t go wrong!
