History

Established in 1987.

Started as a home builder in 1974 with my Dad who contracted and built custom homes in California. I spent many years as a General Contractor doing everything from ground up construction to remodeling and commercial as well as residential work. In 2004 I began working for the Arizona State Registrar of contractors handling over 1000 construction complaints and testifying for the state as an expert witness and Inspector. In 2006 I became a city inspector for one of the local municipalities. I was promoted to become a specialist in handling cases for the city involving illegal construction practices. I worked with the Police, Fire, Engineering, Planning and other departments as well as the prosecuting attorneys for the city. I have had extensive experience in many phases of the legal and workmanship aspects of construction and have been able to resolve many people’s problems related to the construction field. We help both homeowners and contractors on cases with or without an attorney.

Second generation builder from a construction family. Followed my dreams to come to Arizona in 2000. Have seen thousands of projects and solved countless problems along the way. I value wisdom, maturity and integrity and strive for it in all I do. I appreciate my clients and always show respect even for my adversaries.
