History
Established in 2009.
The Budo Shingikan School of Japanese Martial Arts is a lifelong passion of Darrell D’Antonoli Sensei, who has been studying martial arts for over twenty five years. He opened his school with the desire to «Help Build Better Lives» through the martial arts. In this short time since the Dojo opened (3 years), he now has well over a hundred students and is very grateful to be a part of students lives. It is important to note that even while The Budo Shingikan is a business it is run very traditionally from the viewpoint that Sensei wishes to have a personal relationship with his students. Traditionally the Dojo or martial arts school becomes a family to its members and students. Sensei wishes to keep this tradition alive and views the Dojo in an old-fashioned way as he wishes for the positive energy and feeling of the Dojo to remain in tact. The Dojo itself is very eclectic in this sense as it is a place where the modern business meets the old way of teaching martial arts.
