Beehive Property Management

I have rented from Beehive 3 or 4 times in the past 7 years and have always had good experiences with Jake. He takes care of the homes and makes sure that the tenants will always be treated fairly.

My wife and I bought our piece of the American dream back in 2001 and lived in that little rambler for 12 years and grew our family from 3 to a strong team of 6, so it obviously means a lot to us. When it was time to move to a bigger stable we contacted Beehive Properties to handle the headache of finding and screening potential tenants. The process couldn’t have been easier. We’re going on year #3 with the original tenants and that has a lot to do with Jake and Gini over at Beehive. They handle all concerns and/​or problems that arise with the property and do so in a courteous manner. The best part — I don’t have to collect rent. The money shows up in my mattress, I mean bank… every month like clockwork. About a year ago a relative of the tenant was out late with his buddies Jose Cuervo and Jack Daniels. He decided to skip the cab ride and drove himself home. As he was pulling into the driveway he did the classic «hit the accelerator instead of the brake» and smashed into the carport wall and almost ended up in the pantry. It gets better… they blamed it on their teenage son who just got his license, saying he was inexperienced. Jake and Gini got to the bottom of it, found out who was really driving (neighbor across the street was an eye witness), dealt with the insurance company and scheduled the repairs. Case closed. I didn’t have to do anything. That makes the low monthly fee totally worth it. If you’re a property owner and want to rent it out and don’t like headaches, Beehive is the way to go.

Beehive Property Management is the best in the business. I’ve had lots of positive experiences with Beehive over the years. I’ve referred many landlords to Beehive, and Beehive has always delivered. I also know that they do a great job of taking care of tenants. Beehive does a great job of finding solutions that work for both landlords and tenants. I highly recommend them.

We have been renting from Beehive for 6 months now and have enjoyed renting from them. I love the convenience of being able to pay online, submit maintenance requests, and view my account online. We recently had an issue with a beehive by our front door and within a couple hours of submitting it online they sent someone over to take care of it. With it being later in the day i thought we would have to wait until the next day or so for someone to come out, but because it affected the safety of my family I was extremely happy they were able to come that same evening. I would give 0 starts if I could. Shawnte is one of the worst customer service reps I’ve delt with ever, even when comparing to fast food chains. This company was very difficult to deal with when it came to fixing things, be prepared to take care your own repairs. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a business before. Tip to any renters… GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Don’t entertain them with your business.

I have had a great experience with Beehive. They have been very helpful and professional. I found a wonderful little house close to family. I love how nice and kind they are. Such a huge difference from my last management company. Thank you and God bless

Work property management group ever?! And sooooo rude, been trying to get a hold of someone for a week?! And then I talk to a lady and she goes what’s the address to the rental property and I said idk it’s on Udall and she says they have multiple locations so I looked it up and it was their only damn location on Udall. So I had to call her back and now another week to try to get someone on the fucking phone?! Outrageous and they don’t even try to apologize!

This company are full of scam artists we signed a lease to one of their properties. Asked to walk through it again to see where all our stuff would go and they said they would not continue the contract with us anymore because our request was outrageous to see the property once more before we moved i will never do business with them again.

I emailed and called to set up an appointment for a home rental. I had an appointment on 12÷10÷12 at 4:30pm. I sat in my car at the property from 4:20 pm until 4:58 pm and no one ever showed up. I received a voicemail at 4:23 pm (on my work number) asking if I was still interested in viewing the property. I was not very happy with the person assigned to this property. (since I started on 12÷6÷12 to setup this appointment) I really was interested in this property but if they treat clients like this maybe I don’t want to live there.

I tried to see homes from this company for the past 3wks. I have been stood up at a showing once and have had to email/​call an average of 2 – 3 times to get a response each time.
One response went as so: «I did receive your messages, however I talk and email at least 50 different prospective tenants everyday, I didn’t know who you were until I reviewed my emails.»
That was the response from Shawnte after three voice-​mails and an email from me.
I tried to set up an appointment last Friday for this Friday (tomorrow). There was no response until my third attempt to get a response today (Thursday). The response was that she could not show me the property that she is advertising.
I wonder what would happen if the water heater broke.. .would it take three attempts to get a response then as well?

I’ve used Beehive Property Management since the beginning of the year to manage about 10 different properties that my business owns. His team is always very responsive to both my inquiries as well as my tenants. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a property manager.
