I’m an avid BBW shopper. Never had any problems using my emailed scannable coupons until I came here. The girl kept saying she was looking for an expiration date? Funny, I went to a different location a couple days later and they scanned the coupon with no problems. Customer service must not be a priority at this location for loyal customers

Rachel at this location is AMAZING! Today was my first visit to this location and I’ll never shop at any other location. Rachel was sooooooo sweet, helpful, welcoming !!! Loved her!

Great central location for the East Valley, but heavy sales tactics. Also, asked to have my gift items wrapped — even bought a gift bag. All the clerk did was put the items IN the gift bag. I could have done that! Over the top customer service would have been great, and would have balanced out the pushy sales clerk. Ah well, at least I like the gifts I chose.

I love this store and I love this location! I shop during the week so it’s never busy when I shop. And I like the personal attention I get from the staff.
Love love love the sales! Especially the scented candles and wallflowers. I admit it, I spent a bunch a money. But I know it all gets used and our home smells lovely!

ok i admit it i am a bubble bath addict. bath and body work has some good smelly stuff without breaking the bank.
it’s also located in the dana park village sqaure. in the same shopping center that aj’s is located. it’s a nice alternative if you don’t want to go to the mall.
the girls are super friendly, very motivated to help with any questions or suggestion’s. the store smells great, clean, organized, convenient late hours.
overall, b&b works is not my favorite store to purchase bath products but it’s possible i would return in a pinch.
