I contracted Artistic Floors for a substantial job which first required tearing out the existing tile in order to install Laminate wood flooring. A large job to say the least while a customer is still living in the home during this process from beginning to end. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the entire install they completed it very close to their actual deadline. Like any job of this magnitude there were some small problems which they were happy to address. If there was anything I had concerns over was some confusion, with excepting the bid for the job in the amount they quoted but had me sign waivers as to costs I might incur after they removed the tile. Artistic shared sometimes the floor can be uneven, have low spots & in some cases moisture. They thought possibly at most $ 600.00 — $ 800.00. In the end that actual total was closer to $ 2,000.00. One is in an awkward position when your floor is ripped apart. This is what the costs came to from the sub-​contractors, which unfortunately is unknown because no one knows what the original builders did or what corners they cut. In the end everyone involved rectified any & all problems and we love the flooring as well as the quality of work… we’re very happy with the end results. I think it’s very important that all customers have a very serious conversation with their flooring company about additional costs in an effort to protect yourself from these absorbent costs, sincerely V Smith

This company was great! They seem to be able to do many different kinds of repairs and installations. I had laminate floor replacement done & I had ceiling work done and both jobs were excellent.

Mike and his crew are meticulous about their quality work. There are no worries about this company, they deliver what they promise… and their work is beautiful. Highly recommended!
