Tried the new Cookie Dough and Jamoca Fudge almond iced coffee’s today. I gave the cookie one to Eric and i had the JFA one. The cookie dough was awfully sweet but still good but the JFA was awesome. I love that they constantly update the coffee flavors and these did not dissapoint at all. The girl behind the counter was very nice, store was clean and i had a coupon, bonus.

I normally go to the Dunkin Donuts near my home but somehow I wound up on this one. The parking can be improved but the service was fast. The staff was extremely friendly and I was out in less than 5 min

I love DD but this one definitely needs improvement. The parking lot is a pain to get to off of Merrick Road and it is poorly designed with spots in places that could definitely cause accidents.
IF I don’t get there by 7:30 the line is usually long and slow.
It is my choice for coffee if I am in the Merrick area because I love DD, but if I am near another I usually choose the other.

The staff would rather be doing anything else. They are convenient so i keep going back but unfortunately there is a 50⁄50 chance that they will get your order right.

Not the easiest place to get into. You almost pass it as you’re driving on Merrick Rd before you come upon the parking lot entrance. It’s much easier to enter off of cCentral Turnpike.
Sign on the door offered 12 bagels for $ 4.99. While I admit that it’s a good price, I’d rather travel a mile east to Bagel Boss for really good bagels. It’s worth the extra money.
