Working with Rafael Moochi. and Joe Greco. at Harte Family Motors was an exceptional experience! They couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. They were very accommodating to our needs with what we were looking for! They answered every question we had and worked with us to get the best pricing available! The experience was worry free and they couldn’t be more efficient with the services they offered. We bought a used car there, a 2010 Kia Forte Koup SX which we absolutely love!!! The car was astonishingly spotless and in impressive condition! The worst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. The amount that was agreed upon was not the amount on the paperwork when we went to pick up vehicle, it had a $ 500.00 increase and to make matters worst the speaker in the vehicle does not work. I have been given hundreds of excuses as to why it cannot be fixed. The managers, especially Frank, does not fulfill their duty and calls are never returned. In the end, I am stuck with an overpriced vehicle without working speakers.

A very good dealership with fantastic service! I dealt with Rafael, he was fantastic. I found their selection to be very good and if they did not have something on the lot they were willing to check there other lots and keep you in mind if something came up. On several occasions, Rafael called other lots so I could test drive a specific car. Frequently it was brought up the same or next day.
The reasons I do not give them 5 stars, there price was fair (I found no negotiating room) but not fantastic (which would probably put them out of business rapidly), the financing was just okay (they price it out so it really was not their fault).
I bought the car about 6 months ago, I’ve found there post sale service to be very good.
I would suggest this dealer and especially Rafael to others!
