Description

Specialties

Tuscan style pies and authentic Italian hospitality make this a new must try spot for everyone’s favorite food group: pizza. With its food truck style set-up, Tuscan Stone Pizza might be one of least assuming businesses on Main, but with a prime location, fresh local products, and extremely fast service, it’s soon to become a local favorite.

Like most, you probably wanted to stop by but weren’t quite sure if you had the time but will find it’s well worth the 90 seconds it takes for your pizzas to cook!

Our dough is made fresh every morning with Italian flour and all our ingredients are delivered fresh daily. We put your money into your ingredients not into our expensive building.

History

Established in 2011.

to sum up Tuscan Stone Pizza in two words, Simple Sophistication, seems to fit the best. The Meyer Brother’s business has been boiled down to the necessities; great ingredients, location, and quick, friendly service. Stop in for a small pie at lunchtime or share a big one with your family for dinner, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better crust in Bellevue.

Meet the Business Owner

David and Jeff M.

Business Owner

At Tuscan Stone Pizza owners/brothers David and Jeff Meyer are reinventing the meaning of fast food. They keep this efficient pizza spot feeling as friendly as a backyard BBQ and serve up the freshest pizzas in Bellevue. Inspired by similar styled stands that have been popping up at local farmers markets around Seattle, the Meyer brothers began building their own wood-fire oven. Now from their Bellevue location they are able to service the lunchtime business workers, hungry commuters, and mom’s with no time to get dinner started. Stopping in during rush hour we were able to order and receive two pizzas in less than five minutes, all while enjoying the company of the great employees and watching the Stone Oven in action.
