The exterior is clean but the interior is like any other BR store with the flourescent lighting. The tables are small but there is a small outdoor seating area. In the summer, you often hear children talking/screaming in excitement. Customer Service: I expect good customer service no matter what time of day. I arrive about 45 min prior to closing and there were no other customer. I was not greeted with a friendly smile.

I would have never thought to write a Unilocal review for an ice cream chain, but my one and only experience I will ever have at this particular Baskin-Robbins, was very unsatisfying. I ordered a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup sundae and was given something that was 2⁄3 the product advertised. When I asked the young man who served me if he thought what he had given me matched the advertised image of the sundae, he agreed it did not match but argued with me that he made it following the instructions. Even his co-worker agreed that it did not match the advertised image. What would it have cost them to make it right… maybe even add another scoop to make something that looked like the advertised sundae? For $ 6.89, I could have gone to QFC and gotten ice cream and toppings and made a few sundaes. No customer should be treated this way…

How do you not give a Baskin Robbins 5 stars, as long as it kept clean and the employees are courteous? No disappoints here. I’m a sucker for chocolate mouse and keep my eye out for chocolate raspberry truffle to return.

Typical Baskin Robbins. I have been getting my chocolate chip mint cones here since I was a kid. Atmosphere is still for kids! –Small cocktail round seating(only without the cocktails), sticky/dirty-looking floors even when they are clean, over bright lighting better found in a surgery arena, and no matter the weather its always cold inside. Service, ususally performed by local teens, is always friendly.

Whoever created ice cream is pure genius. Seriously. It’s creamy, delicious, sweet, and loved by every American, no, very HUMAN out there. If you dislike ice cream, there is something wrong with you. I used to come here for ice cream all the time. The last time I came here was after homecoming. My favorite flavor to get here is mint chocolate chip. It is a bright, sea foam green color, which I love. It is full of chocolate chunks, and a nice minty flavor. I also really like the ice cream cakes here. The gold metal ribbon ice cream is the best ice cream to get in the middle of the cake. The best part about the ice cream cakes here is the vanilla ice cream ‘frosting’. Vanilla ice cream as frosting? Fantastic. The shakes here are amazing too, ask for any flavor they have, and they’ll whip it up for you. It’s been so long since I’ve been here, I want to come back quick!

There is nothing more i like than being reminded of the«good old days» and BR31 gets me everytime. It’s not fancy, it’s not modern and it could definately benefit from a facelift, but if you want ice cream and you want it simple, this is your place. I have a picture of my son right after soccer practice holding an ice cream with a big old grin on his face. That’s my lasting memory of BR31.

This is your basic Baskin Robbins ice cream store — ice cream, cup or cone? They have other stuff on the menu(shakes, sundaes, etc.), but really, you go here for the ice cream — not the other stuff, and certainly not the atmosphere. This place is pretty typical of the chain: – 31 flavors of pretty good ice cream – Harsh, antiseptic lighting – Small, unpleasant seating area – Friendly service; a little slow on a hot summer night when lots of people want ice cream, but they do their best. As a store, this is such a tired concept — lots of other folks have re-invented the specialty ice cream shop(Coldstone Creamery, etc.) but there’s no reason to complain about a place that delivers the basics.
