Meet the Business Owner

Scott S.

Business Owner

Scott Shay’s experience as a commercial real estate lending inspector and residential real estate broker in the Seattle area give him a unique perspective when it comes to managing your real estate investment.

After graduating from the University of Washington with a BA degree in Political Science, Scott worked on political campaigns in several states before coming back to his hometown of Mercer Island to raise a family. He now lives on Mercer Island with his wife, real estate broker Megan Shay, their two young sons, and dog. In his downtime, Scott enjoys skiing, hiking, and following his favorite sports teams, the Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Sounders FC.
