They always call the day before to remind us to put our dog in. Great service in Oakdale, CA.

I’m not actually sure what is going on with some of the past reviews other than I have had good experiences with the local Terminix office here in Merced. Always prompt, courteous and seem to get the job done. No complaints so far from our tenants at our rentals…

Update, after having terminex, and after complaining about constant rodent problems, they said we have a «infestation» and that is not covered, so, they wanted to do a $ 3000.00 plus review, then implement their findings and deal with the «infestation» for another s verbal thousand dollars, uggggg,
Use anyone other than terminex.
Deserve no stars, but that is not a Unilocal option,
Btw, they also did the same for our termite infestation,

Worst pest company in the valley! Very rude and unprofessional technicians and horrible customer service! Stay away from this company!

If I could get a –10 star rating I would. Terminix was created by the devil and will steal your money!
I started my account in August 2012 and had no problems. They were very nice and I had no issues with ants (spiders were still there but they explained that I would always have that problem since there was no fence guarding my property).
Well in February 2014 I got a bill for a service (in November) which was not completed. After several phone calls I was promised a phone call back. The phone call I got back was that I had a service the next day (got an 18 hour notice) which I had no idea about. Trying to reschedule but unsuccessful because the automated system sucks I called first thing in the morning. Spoke with a nice guy at 7:30am who said he would reschedule my service, call the technician off, and got the bill all squared away.
That day I came home and noticed Terminix came out. I had my back gate locked (which is where I need the service and is ¾ths of my property). Thinking I was too late to reschedule (maybe the technician came 30 minutes after my phone call) I looked at the time. The tech came at 12:41pm FOUR HOURS AFTER I RESCHEDULED!!! Who can’t get ahold of a technician in 4 hours!!!
Called Terminix and complained about this. That I didn’t want to pay for something I cancelled and that they didn’t do most of the job. I promised a phone call back and NEVER GOT ONE! This happened at least 4 times.
Within 2 months I get a call that another service is scheduled (I’m only suppose to have service every 3 months). Angry I call again. Thinking my appointment was rescheduled I was surprised when the technician rang my door bell. I explained to him that I didn’t want the service and that I tried to reschedule. He was very nice and said that he hadn’t sprayed and wouldn’t.
So I called Terminix 2 more times all with promises they would call me back which they never did.
A month goes by and I get a bill for the «service» from the guy who I spoke with! Call Terminix get a bunch of promises that I will get a phone call back, NEVER.
Mean while they send me to collections because of the outstanding bills of the services that I never received (BTW NEVER got any phone calls from Terminix In attempt to collect). So I report them. This was in May or June of 2014. I never hear back from Terminix or that agency.
Well February 2015 I get a call asking to do a survey so I leave them a bunch of horrible reviews about how they are crooks. I get a phone call from a service manager trying to remedy the relationship.
And here’s the kicker. I get a phone call a week after that (March 2015) saying that I had a service in February 2015 and that I need to pay!!! What the??? And they say the account was started in Dec 2013 (mine was in 2012) and a name I have never heard of expect it was my last name. So now they are charging me for a service where they never even came out to my street nor had any association for over 6 months!!!
Please do not do business with this company. They will be fine until you need to reschedule or have a billing issue. They will not treat you as an individual but more of a means to get more money. They will ruin your credit score by sending you to collections.
Just a nightmare!

They will not give a straight answer on how they charge. I had to pry it out of the representative. Ask for when they will bill next. Then call for an extra visit they say free of charge. BEFORE THEY BILL, CANCEL. Not satisfied with their service.
