Twig and Petals

I needed something nice delivered to a special someone, but as I live a million miles away on planet Oz, I had to rely on online reviews. It took me a while, but I placed my trust in Twig & Petals and ordered some roses to be delivered the same day.
In short, she was very happy, and that made me also very happy.

Bella was extremely helpful and did my flower arrangements how I wanted it. Bella is such an awesome person and so sweet. Many thank you’d Bella.

Bella is amazing and creates the most beautiful arrangements! I emailed her in the evening to ask if she could do a next day delivery for a friend and she responded right away! Seriously… That is dedication and customer service at its best!!!
Bella additionally did a themed ‘Havana Nights’ event for me and it was to perfection! Flowers and plants were placed in cigar boxes and some in smaller vases. They were exquisite!!!

We used Twig and Petals for our wedding, and couldn’t have been happier with them. We met with them about 6 weeks before the wedding and went over color choices and ideas, and they promptly came up with a proposal for the wedding. On the day of the wedding, everything was perfect — the flowers were simply stunning, and everyone remarked on how beautiful they were. Very highly recommended, and I would use Twig and Petals again in a heartbeat.

I just picked up 2 wrapped bouquets from Twig and Petals. I spoke with Bella via email this morning about a last minute request for a coworker (and myself, since I couldn’t help myself after seeing the website) and she was extremely helpful and accommodating. I told her the occasion (for the coworker) and the color schemes for both bouquets, and what I picked up is far better than I imagined!
These bouquets are so unique and beautifully arranged – the one for my coworker fits the occasion perfectly, and I love my bouquet equally as much! They are so full and fresh and honestly far better arrangements than you would get anywhere else for the same price.
When I arrived at the store, I explained that my coworker would be traveling for some time with the flowers today and asked if I should wrap them in wet paper towel or something else to keep them wet during that time. Bella went to the back and brought me out a vase with water and a small box to hold the vase so it would not spill during travel. Not only did she deliver on the order itself, but she went above and beyond to help me with MY lack of preparedness! :) She also gave me specific care directions for both arrangements.
I will most definitely be making Twig and Petals my go-​to florist from now on. Absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you Bella and team! :)

Such a pretty arrangement! I got a surprise delivery from my boyfriend at work and these flowers were impressive. He picked out the purple mix, and it comes in a very cute glass vase with a ribbon in the water for added decoration.
The flowers were fresh and smell nice, the purple colors really are wonderful.
The note was hand written as well for a more personal touch.

Received a gorgeous arrangement from Twig and Petal for my birthday. The arrangement was stunning– classic roses arranged with stunning hydrangea and gorgeous greenery. Unique and artistic. Delivered at the time requested by a bright eyed and friendly driver. Thanks Twig and Petal!

I decided to surprise my boyfriend with an arrangement for his birthday week and decided to call Twig and Petals based on the great pictures I saw on the website and the reviews on Unilocal.
I could not have been happier with Bella’s assiatance, especially late in the day at the end of the week. She was friendly, welcoming, accomodating to my order and the arrangement came out so perfect! Exactly what I had wanted even though I was really only able to give her a price range, colors i liked, and some thoughts on wanting to incorporate some non-​traditional elements. The arrangement was done with a perfect combination of color/​greens/​herbs/​height — Spot on! Was delivered earlier than she had quoted and without any issue!
I will be using this florist again and I would send anyone in the area to this florist as well!

I wanted to surprise my wife with flowers at the table for our 16^th wedding anniversary dinner. I have to admit I was really nervous about the logistics of finding the right florist to create an arrangement my wife would like and also have faith that they would deliver the flowers to the restaurant for my surprise.
I scoured Unilocal for florist reviews in and around Palo Alto before deciding on Twig and Petals. T&P’s reviews stood out so I gave them a call. I spoke to Bella about my plan and about what my wife would like. She was patient and had some fantastic ideas of what to do (I don’t know much about flowers so I just had to smile as Bella ran through a list of flowers that I was clueless about). At the end of our conversation I knew I had made a good choice and that everything was going to work out as planned.
The arrangement was delivered to the restaurant on-​time and looked amazing. My wife’s eyes lit up when she saw them; the mix of colors, shapes and textures was perfect.

Just arrived home to a most exquisite floral arrangement designed and delivered by Bella’s floral design studio. A beautiful gift from my daughter. Bella knocked it out of the ball park! When I think beautiful arrangements for the people I love, Twig and Petals boutique is the one I know I can trust.

Bella did a great job on my wedding flowers. I’m super picky about flowers and Bella gave me exactly what I wanted. She has great taste and really really listens!
She was on budget, professional and best of all, the arrangements looked gorgeous. She even threw in some corsages for the moms and grandmas. I got so many compliments on the flowers!!! Bella rocks!

Excellent service, and beautiful flowers — as good as it gets… will be making this my goto place for flowers from here on!

This is my dude’s go to, and I’m SO GLAD. Their arrangements are unique and beautiful, always just the perfect present. Don’t go the 1800 flowers route and get some raggedy ass tired things. Order from Twig and Petals and get something that will literally be seared into her memory (and broadcast all over instagram and facebook).
No coincidence that I’m writing this on ²⁄₁₃ btw. Crossing my fingers for a little twig and petals «surprise» in my very near future!

with all the 5-​star reviews, and my anniversary coming up, I HAD to give this place a try — and they delivered — above and beyond my expectations
I called and spoke w/​a customer service rep — I explained what I wanted, how I wanted it, and when I wanted it — I am picky w/​re flowers!
T&P met all my needs and did so exceeding my expectations — the arrangement was beautiful, perfectly crafted and precisely what I asked for — plus it was fairly priced, and the flowers were so fresh they still looked great 5 days later!

Although I have only been the recipient of their flowers and thus can’t speak to the cost or customer service — their arrangements are beautiful, abundant and incredibly long lasting. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Bella did the flowers our wedding a few weeks ago. They were the most beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen! When we went in to meet her a 6 months before the wedding, we gave her a general idea of what we like. My husband and I don’t know anything about flowers, but somehow she was able to produce exactly what we had envisioned. The flowers were gorgeous and so thoughtful. Each arrangement was different but they looked very cohesive. Every arrangement had one fragrant flower so everything smelled wonderful but wasn’t overwhelming. We received so many compliments on the flowers and guests were thrilled when we asked them to take some arrangements home (we kept PLENTY for our selves too).
Bella was wonderful to work with and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Twig and Petals is totally off the beaten path, but it’s so worth the hunt — an amazing find!
I asked her to do some flowers for a bridal shower that I was throwing, gave her very little instruction beyond «here’s the brides favorite flower, and the color scheme» and she pulled together a few arrangements that were absolutely perfect!
I wish I had been there when the flowers were delivered (I got to run errands all morning instead) but the other bridesmaids were thrilled with their professionalism and work. I must have gotten more complements on the flowers that day than on the rest of the party!
Bella is an absolutely brilliant joy to work with — even if you’ve got little to no knowledge of flowers. I would highly recommend her to anyone (in fact I’ve got another wedding coming up in Mississippi that I wish she could collaborate on!) She is truly one of a kind.
Also: just since she’s removed from the main Menlo Park through-​fair doesn’t mean you should skip the storefront. It is utterly gorgeous, minimalist and full of inspiring things for your event and every day.
I can’t even explain how charmed I was by them!

Bella’s work is exceptional. She was the florist for our July 6 wedding and I could not have been more pleased with her work.
We hired her to do our wedding bouquets, boutineers, and reception table flowers. I knew I wanted peonies which are my favorite flowers, David Austin garden roses, a very specific variety of dahlias, lavender, and dusty millers. She was able to execute to exactly what I wanted + so much more. She was able to get me peonies even though it was at the very end of peony season!
On the day of my wedding, I could not stop staring at my bouquet and wanted to see all the reception table flowers! I didn’t want to let go of my bouquet! My friends even got a picture of me taking a picture of the flowers with my iPhone.
Our wedding venue was outdoors and gorgeous as is already. Bella made it so much more beautiful with her work.
I could not have dreamed up a more perfect day — and surrounded by so much beauty.
I highly recommend Bella for our talent + her professionalism. Another plus in working with anyone is that she is easy to talk to!
