Eyexam of California

I saw Annie Low, O.D. here and was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism.
She updated my prescription and also compared the data from the previous time I was there.
I really appreciated as she delayed her lunch hour to take me!
She said she was going to follow up on a recommendation to another O.D. that specialized in Vision Therapy but never did, so that is why she did not get five stars.

DON’T COME HERE! it will be a waste of time from start to finish! I won’t give them any stars!
First, I called to make an appointment. I should of got the hint when I called them and they gave me the minute sales pitch that I was forced to hear before I could say one word. They told me the appointment would take 40 minutes. I ended up spending TWO hours there. During my appointment I got asked to wait on two occasions for 20 minutes… In the meantime they are busy discussing their personal lives with their co-workers.I finished up with my appointment and they told me they’d call me back in ONE week when the contacts I ordered arrived.
A week and a half went by, no call, so I called them.
They said that my contacts were back ordered. I personally think they forgot to order them. Why wouldn’t they call me to tell me they were back ordered? So, I then waited three and a half weeks, no call, I called them. They asked me for my number, apparently it wasn’t in their system correctly. They managed to write down the WRONG telephone number AND address.
So I give them the correct information. Then they tell me that the contacts have to be sent to my house because the company won’t send it to them.
So, I wait another 4 days. My contacts arrive. I open the box and in the box is the WRONG contacts! This place managed to get everything wrong, WOW!
So, I took the contacts back to the store and they made me wait again to return them. Apparently I need to see the eye doctor again to get checked before I can order contacts through 1800contacts… because I refuse to order with them again, since I had to wait a month and am out of contacts completely at this point. So I wait and see the eye doctor and get a slip of paper for my contact lens prescription.
I then order contacts through 1800contacts and get them a day later and the right ones for a better price.
