Where do I begin. The communication and service were excellent. I requested a quote late last night and I got a response from Tony, in less than half an hour and was informed that the earliest they can come is Saturday. Just taking my chances, I called first thing this morning to see if they can come to clean my carpet today and I was so pleased when he said he can and they can do it between 2 – 3 pm. Around 2:00 pm. I got a call from Richard informing me that they are on their way. When Richard and his partner (sorry I can’t remember his name) they were very polite and informative. Richard explain to me what they are going to do while his partner get everything ready. I have 2 rooms that are heavily soiled and when they are done, the stains are gone and I’m very pleased with the outcome.
This is an honest company. Whatever quote they give you is what you pay. No hidden charges.
If you need carpet cleaning, I highly recommend MVP. Thank you Richard and your partner for job well done.

I’m visiting family here in Menifee, wanted to surprise nephew and niece with carpet cleaning. It was last minute. called other companies and no response. I then called MVP spoke with Tony, he was very professional. It was a Sunday and I was surprised he was able to come out and do the work. Was on time and very polite. He and his partner did an amazing job. Was very, very pleased and how fast. I’m from San Diego and I use Stanley Steamer and MVP did a 100% better job than they did.

We had such a hard time getting someone to come out and clean our carpets, until we called MVP. They gave us a one hour window, called at the beginning of that window to confirm their exact time of arrival and then actually showed up at that time!!! They didn’t try to jack the prices when they got there and gave us a very fair quote for carpet cleaning. The carpets came out beautiful and dried very quickly. The staff was super courteous and professional and very pleasant. They treated my home with respect and great care.
I had inquired about getting my tile cleaned as well and they did a test spot to show me how it would turn out and gave me a quote. I will be getting my tile cleaned in the next few weeks and I can’t wait to have clean grout again!!!
I never have to search for a carpet cleaner again because this is the company I will always go with!!!

MVP was on point !! Did a great job cleaning my floors and didn’t take all day doing the job. They are the MVP of the industry in my book! So if you’re in the market of getting your floors cleaned, then I recommend MVP services for the job! Mpv did an amazing job getting our carpets cleaned. With two young and active boys our carpet gets stained easily. MVP got our carpets deep cleaned. It was easy to schedule our appt. I called them on a Sunday expecting to just leave a message and have a call back in Monday. But to my surprise they answered and got us an appt on a day that was best for us. The crew called me about 30 mins before my appt just to let us know they were on the way. The young man introduced himself and asked for a tour and asked what we needed. Then he came up with a plan and even gave me options on how to save money. They were done within an hour and a half and worked hard and efficient while they were here.
We will definitely be using them again and I would recommend them to my family and my friends.

We had a new born coming home soon and needed to have our carpets cleaned. Got connected with Tony and crew and we’re glad we did. Quick reply, very courteous and professional. As soon as I showed them the rooms that needed to be cleaned, he got right to work. I am amazed at the equipment he has. I expected loud machines and water in the hallway but that was not the case. I believe it was a couple of hoses into the house from his van, that’s it. He even went the extra mile (as I was told by my wife later that day) and cleaned the upholstery on our baby’s car seat. He told my wife «I have an attachment for that». Also gave me some pointers on other pending house projects. Greatly satisfied with his work. Strongly recommend MVP Services. MVP services came two days ago to clean our carpets and couches. These guys are great at what they do. When I thanked them for the effort they put into my couches, he reported they put their «back into it,» and I promise you they really did. Also, we live in an apartment in a upstairs unit, and these guys handled everything. They found the water spicket, carried all the tools upstairs and where quick in the service they provided. My wife and I are truly happy with the quality of the work, and they had the best prices I have ever been quoted for when cleaning my carpets.

MVP services came yesterday to clean our carpets and tile. I have to say these guys did a great job! Their prices are great and their work ethic is even better. Michael was on time and explained all of our options. We chose the deep cleaning because of some heavy traffic area stains. He said he could get them about 60% out and he probably did better than that. All our furniture was moved and the carpet wasn’t soapy or sopping wet when they were done. By the lines in his strokes, you can tell nothing was missed. It took about 3.5 hours for our 3000 sq ft house and they finished on time. Extremely happy with mvp services!
