McClone Appraisal is a full service real estate appraisal company that was was founded in 1982 by David Johnson, SRA. In December of 2012, a succession began when the company was purchased by Matthew & Katie Hietpas. David remains with the company as a consultant and will provide guidance and experience to Matthew & Katie as they work towards their certification and MAI designations.

Matt attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and majored in Marketing and had an emphasis in Real Estate. After college Matt was a sales man for U.S. Lubricant before moving to McClone Appraisal to start the process of becoming a certified appraiser.
