Business Owner
Ernie began his career in the automotive industry in 1989 at Schilling Jeep on Fox Plaza Dr. in Memphis, TN. He quickly became a sales leader and joined the management team. After successfully moving his team to record sales months, Ernie assumed the role of General Manager and part owner of Schilling Jeep. Ernie became partners with Pat Patterson in 2005 and became his successor in 2008 and has guided Volvo of Memphis into one of VCNA’s fastest growing dealers. Ernie has served on Volvo’s Retailer Advisory Board for many years and has recently been asked to serve on the NAPAG (product advisory board).
