This is a popular eating place near the University of Memphis, across the street from Tiger Bookstore. It’s in a small strip mall. Food is good and fairly priced. Fast and convenient.

compared to this place, Taco Bell is fine dining. at least Taco Bell 1. has studied mexican food 2. makes it taste good 3. serves it warm 4. keeps it cheap I ordered a steak burrito. It was cold, so I went back. they remade it w/ground beef and put warm cheese sauce to heat it up. That cheese sauce has me constipated and it’s been over 30 hours. I’ve had cheese sauce before but this is something extra gross. I can’t even imagine what’s in it.

Everybody that knows me knows I like my nachos piled high to the sky. I get that at Moe’s. Toppings on toppings on toppings. The only bad thing is don’t let the queso get cold. It becomes heavy tasty paste. Lol. Also, I wish they would stop the ‘That cost extra’ crap. Yes I know guacamole cost extra and I want it. *makes it rain an extra 1.09*

Love this place. Quality food. Friendly staff. Convenient location within walking distance of campus. The burritos are huge. I drink water but they have one of those crazy pop machines where you can select a bajillion flavors of coke, dasani, or powerade.

Had a coupon for free entrée with purchase of drink that I put to use tonight. I got the Homewreaker with ½ pork and ½ steak. I also asked them to put it in a bowl with the tortilla on the side, because I like a lot of filling and it’s impossible to eat otherwise. This way I can tear the tortilla into quarters and make mini-burritos! When I first saw the bowl I actually thought it looked a little small, but maybe it was the lighting because I got full pretty quickly! I added most of the various free toppings, although I think I overdid it with the fresh jalapenos, pickled japs, and hot sauce, because my mouth was aflame! Luckily I had a big-ass diet coke to cool me down. I am fascinated by the amazing drink machine, but agree that it doesn’t taste as good as a regular fountain. Plus matter what cool flavor combo I try, I end up dumping the sample and resorting to diet coke — the way God intended it to be. ;) Only negative was the chips — didn’t taste fresh and weren’t very crispy. Probably because I came in about an hour before they closed. Still, there were enough people there after me that I think they could have made some fresh. Also not too impressed with the salsas… though I give major props for the name Kaiser Salsa. Since I paid a whopping $ 2.50 for my meal, can’t really complain about anything. But not sure I’d go back and spend $ 10 for the same thing. I saw that on Mondays they have a special with burrito(grnd beef or chicken), chips/salsa, and drink for $ 5. So, if you see me there again, this is what I’ll be getting!

Yeah, yeah, it is a chain… but it is pretty darn good. This location is definitely a student hang out since it is right by the University of Memphis, and I’m pretty sure students make up 90% of the staff too. This is really more of an observation than a positive or negative comment… just so you know what you’re getting into. I really like their salads… but their quesadillas? Hot damn! Love! Perfect place for a relatively cheap and quick bite.

98% of the time we come here for Moes Mondays you have to wait for the staff to cook/grill chicken?! My family likes the food here but the long wait is a pain! The staff is always nice but they do not seem to be efficient on Mondays?

This place is just simply delicious. Joey Bag of Doughnuts with steak, rice, queso, lettuce and chipotle ranch EVERYTIME(except for the rare times I get the Chicken Club Quesadilla). The food is great, the service is good. Most of the times, the guy remembers my orders! I am not sure if that says more about the service or me though. The atmosphere is very fun as well and it is in a great location. Check it out!

They gave me an extra large cup for my sweet tea because they liked my short dress. Haha. But generally speaking, I like Moe’s. This experience was pretty standard, aside from my skirt, apparently. The Moe’s chain is easily my favorite subway-style burrito joint, and I’ve had a few in my day. The flavors are richer, the selection is better than Chipotle, and I’ve never had a single bad meal here. Don’t forget the chips and dip! The who-is-kaiser salsa is a must.

I loved this place! Moving from the West Coast, I have been searching for a decent Pork Salad since Café Rio hasn’t made it’s way this far East yet. Although Moe’s wasn’t quite on Par with Café Rio’s, it has been the pest Pork Salad I have tried since moving here, and I have tried a lot of Pork Salads! I like all of the fresh ingredients, and the design your own meal type of set up. I loved the free chips and salsa bar, and I enjoyed all of the different drink options(think all coke products ever!) The Burritos looked pretty tasty and I look forward to trying one of those next time. The Prices weren’t bad but I do have one complaint. The Salad shell was pretty gross, next time I will get it in a normal tortilla shell!

The staff is very friendly here. Whenever I want a good taco or burrito, this is where I go. I occasionally get there quesadilla too. The food is good and always fresh. They have vegetarian options too. You can substitute tofu for your meat. The cheese dip is awesome.

This is the closest Moe’s to downtown Memphis. Clean location, good service. I always get the Burrito bowl Chicken. I’m not the biggest fan of the rice at Moe’s(Chipotle wins all day errday) so when I go I always make sure that I tell them just 1 scoop of Rice. They’re pretty good about the chicken. I always ask for extra lettuce and FILL the thing up with greens to make it seem like a «salad.» Register your phone number with their little ipad at the checkout counter for incentives! they give you a Buy 1 get 1 free entrée with purchase of 2 drinks(when you initially sign up) and every 10 sign ups is a free thing. They have that awesome coke machine with 1000 drink combos! Good place to go eat. I’ve never been when it’s crowded, and I’ve gone during week day lunches, dinners, and weekends.

Went here today for my tex-mex fix. It’s a lot like Chipotle, but they have more options including fish and tofu. I ordered a vegetarian burrito with tofu added… it was a little mushy, I wished I’d left it out. Everything else tasted great, though. The chips were so good– thin and crispy, but strong enough to scoop up some burrito contents. The customer service was a little odd. When I walked in, all the employees shouted«WELCOMETOMOE’S!!» no matter where they were standing in the store. This made for an oddly stereoscopic entrance. The guy making my burrito hit on me the whole time. Because of that, plus the tofu thing, I don’t know that I’ll be making many appearances in the future.
