Poorly organized. Facility waiting area and washrooms are not too clean. The staff seems friendly enough
, but overworked. Appointments aren’t punctual. They do have WIFI, but none of the staff knows the password to give to patients and visitors! Unfortunately, if you or a family member needs to dialysize, you’re stuck!!!
Had to return the next day because they forgot to bandage my husband’s catheter yesterday!!!
