The featured caramel macchiato is delicious! Blueberry Munchkins(donut holes) with coffee at three in the afternoon = a perfect day! We always seem to end up here late in the day– but they always have everything we want! They take service with a smile seriously.

Updated review: Service has improved. Shorter wait times. Much more consistent on food and drink items.

This place is close to perfect for my best friend and me to visit each Sunday for our Sunday School class. All the front line workers are friendly, smart and helpful. I’ve only had one problem with how it was run; and, once I took it up with corporate it was fixed almost immediately. Being vegetarian, I always get the egg white veggie wrap and dark roast coffee with almond milk and love it.

They did away with the Tuna Melt Croissant and ruined my day. Why did I ever try tuna from DD? A moment of pure desperation maybe? Can’t remember but it has been my favorite tuna salad for so long. So much for that. Now they just have horrid chicken salad, underdone hash browns, and tea that tastes like it is 90% sugar. Oh and average donuts. Go to Krispy Kreme a few blocks down and save yourself the calories for something worth it. The reason I gave them an extra star is that I know their coffee drinks are amazing and cheap. Iced coffee is all that I will ever frequent this place for.

It may be the New Yorker in me but America does run on Dunkin Donuts lol I was so happy to find out that there was one in my area. In NY there is literally a DD on every block, no kidding! So I am definitely a fan of the franchise. I love their hot chocolate. I’ve tried other hot chocolates from other places and they don’t measure up. As far as their coffee, I can’t comment as I don’t drink coffee. My review for this particular DD, is 4 stars. I was greeted upon entering and the staff was friendly. The cashier got my order correct and it was given to me in a timely fashion. In addition to my hot chocolate, I ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter. The bagel was fresh and it tasted great. Furthermore, the sitting area inside was clean and they have free WiFi!

I really want to like this place. Truly. I didn’t quite understand what the cashier, Jasmine J according to my receipt, said through the speaker. I placed my order and pulled around to the window. She confirmed my order and I asked for ketchup. All well and good. She assembled my order and asked if I would like jelly. Nope, just the ketchup, please. She looked at me for a second or two and handed me the bag. I thanked her.(She did not thank me.) Lovely story, I know. — My total changed from $ 6.30 to $ 6.31 on the readout after I handed her my card. Odd. — I’ve tried the lattes at Dunkin’s on three occasions. It’s not their strong suit. I just got a coffee this morning. Eh. I like a bolder brew to kick me in the face in the morning. Personal preference. — The chicken and biscuit was alright. The biscuit was a little too sweet and dry and the chicken a little too bland. Louisiana hot sauce can fix anything. — The hash brown rounds were a little too salty. — Guess. Okay, I’ll tell you. No ketchup. Come on, Dunkin’. You gotta give me something to work with.

O.K., First off I’ve got to admit I don’t do Dunkin Donuts very often. That being said I do know what a good donut is and Gibson’s has the best in town in my opinion. I ordered a Boston Cream and a French Cruller. The Boston Cream had zero glaze and very little sweetness. If not for the chocolate topping it would have been more like eating a biscuit with cream in the center. The Cruller wasn’t fresh and was very dry. It was early so I expected them to be fresh but was very disappointed. The coffee was very good as was the service which was friendly and above and beyond what I expected and the only reason I’m giving them anything higher than one star. So one star for the donuts, 4 stars for the coffee and five stars for the people working there and their great service. I may be back but I will skip the donuts and go straight for the coffee.
