While I love the convenience of having a Dunkin Donuts near my house and it has a drive through, I am usually disappointed when I go here. They have been out of everything bagels nearly every time I have gone, no matter what time of day it is and often serve bagels that aren’t fully cooked and/or fully toasted. The staff is very nice and always makes an effort to correct the order best they can, which counts for nearly 3 stars in my opinion, but it shouldn’t take 20 mins and 3 order corrections to get two bagels and coffees right when they are only 2 people in line. Today’s experience was the most disappointing so far, my everything bagel came to me by way of a friend this morning with two bottoms and no top. Big Bummer. :(

Everyone comes here in the morning time. I don’t know why. The doughnuts are kind of bland. They have no taste like the ones at Krispy Kreme or Gibson’s. Come here if your desperate. Will not be coming back to this place.

I really enjoy coming here. I get excellent iced coffee here and wish I could stop by more! Service is quick and accurate! I’m craving an iced caramel latte right now. :) I will keep coming back. Thank you, Dunkin!

Piping hot coffee and fresh donuts with a drive through equals happy mom and kid. I recommend this location over the others. I have not tried the other sandwiches and specialty coffees but for the basic coffee and glazed donuts come here. You can find coupons on the APP and earn reward points. They are friendly and the drive through line moves quickly. Fill out a survey and get a free donut or beverage the next time.

I like this place. It’s fast and friendly, and the store is clean. 95 on the health department score sheet. Of all the DD in town, this one is in the nicest area and definitely feels the safest of all of them. Coffee, donuts, and breakfast foods are all typical of a well run DD store with better prices than Starbucks. If you want to grab a quick breakfast and coffee to go this is a solid option. It’s not artisan, fru-fru coffee, but it’s a good morning cup-o-joe.

Sadly the service here has gone downhill in the past year. We used to go every Saturday as a family breakfast sort of thing. My husband always gets a bagel with butter. We got our order and he opened it up. Both bagels(one for him and one for our son) had cream cheese. So he went back, showed them the receipt that said butter and said they made it wrong. We waited again, couldn’t figure out what was taking them so long. Again they handed him 2 bagels with cream cheese. At this point our son was getting upset and so were we. I asked for the manager who tried to tell me that my husband had told them the bagels were supposed to have cream cheese. If the bagels were supposed to have cream cheese why would he have exchanged them the first time? They were incredibly rude about it and insulting to us. The other week my husband decided to brave the drive thru to bring me home something. They screwed up the entire order and even left food out. He drove back and complained and it took them a long time to fix it. Not worth every bothering with them again

The only Dunkin donut I go to here in Memphis, everywhere else has not so good service and their drinks taste different for some reason?

This is a solid DD option. It’s never that crowded, has plentiful seating, and a good wifi connection. If they turn on their weird-looking but nicely warming stove-ish-heater, it’s the perfect spot for a chilly day. Food is okay and they have a decent rotating selection of donuts, but the real attraction is the solid coffee. Avoid the espresso drinks though – they’re worse than even McCafe.

If there were 10 minus stars that would not be enough. If they prepare something don’t expect to get what you ordered or if you get it, it will not be prepared right! They turn coolatta into flavored water! They can’t bake bagels. If you want a chocolate donut be ready to be surprised. As a former dunkin franchisee I am surprised their doors are open but we are in TN where people are overly polite and don’t know what to expect from a great franchise… I wrote part of this review months ago and didn’t post it. I gave up ordering coolattas and found McDonald’s makes a good(ICY!!!) mocha frappé. One day my husband wanted to stop at DD and get their version of a bagel since bagels are not exactly memphis fare I said alright but of course I was was once again disappointed they were under proofed and disgusting plus toasted black!!! OMG! A few weeks went by and my husband stopped for a coffee and a muffin and ordered a muffin for me. His was fresh and according to him delicious, mine was stale and like a rock! Today(about 3 months latter) we stopped with the hope of a delicious pumpkin muffin. Again they were stale and like rocks plus his coffee was cold, and I decided to finish my review! My husband is more tolerate of bad service/food because of years in the business and he thinks things improve. I asked him how often he stops at this store and his reply was 3 times a week. «How often is your order right? «His reply half the time. OMG he is too tolerant! Please serve fresh product prepared correctly you are giving a great franchise a very bad image!

This is a great spot for super fresh donuts and Dunkin Donuts’ famous donut shop coffee. They even sell the k-cups for the Keurig! Being a large chain, Dunkin has the capability to make fresh donuts all day long, and to close at 9pm, opening early in the mornings. This location on Poplar near Forest Hill Irene has a drive-thru, which is fortunate, because seating inside is limited to about 20 bodies. A great place to drive through for breakfast as a special treat for the kiddos on the way to school. Service here is ALWAYS polite and friendly(but not overly so). Free wireless, fairly clean restrooms, with a full breakfast menu available, including the yummy vegetable egg white flatbread sandwich for a dose of protein and whole grains, coffees, juices and milk. A customer coffee card can be requested, with a buy _get 1 free stamp system. May I also note that I am not a fan of chain restaurants in general, and Dunkin has to be getting it completely right for me to five-star such a big company!

This place is great. Not gonna lie, getting fresh doughnuts can be a coin toss, but as long as you know when to go(and what to order if you go another time), you’re good. The earlier you go the better. Later in the day it’s like any doughnut place that closes, they stop making some doughnuts so they’re sitting out getting stale. By that point stick to the popular varieties(and avoid any cake doughnuts unless you know they’re fresh) and you’re fine. I love their caramel hot chocolate, and I’ve heard their coffee is to die for. The customer service is awesome, too. Easily the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to in Memphis.

I’m very torn… I am a DD French Cruller fan and when they are fresh, they are ridiculous. Best things on the planet. But getting a fresh one here is a rare occasion. They usually seem at least a day old, sometimes worse. Dry and just not good. The croissants on the sandwiches are stale often also. It is like Russian roulette on what you are going to get. What happened? When I first started eating at this location it was great but I have been disappointed so many times that I have just stopped going. The location on Hwy 64 and on Whitten is the same way. The only place I can get fresh French Crullers is the location in East Memphis on Poplar. 3 days in a row they were fresh and awesome! The Boston Cremes are generally always good though. I think they hold up better or something. I’ve had them at night and they are still good. But I got a French Cruller at night recently and it had to be several days old. It was hard and dry and I was offended that they actually served that thing to me.

I love all Dunkin Donuts shops, but this one is especially glorious. Lots of cozy seating, including some kind of fireplace in the middle. A drive-thru window for those in a hurry. Try their blueberry coffee, with cream no sugar. The aroma is heavenly! :) Remember… if it’s not Dunkin Donuts, it’s garbage!
