I get good deals on tires and when I go on long trips I have confidence in reliability.
However. I hate the waiting and having to contact them for updates

I had a great experience purchasing a new 2015 Mustang Ecoboost. Dale Going Jr. Was my sales rep. Good guy, very knowledgeable about the cars features. He’ll go above and beyond for you.

Sales agent contacted me and yelled at me saying I should appreciate what he did for me and glad I don’t have cancer. Had to threaten to go to cops to keep him from calling me again. Manger said they would do what they normally do buy it back at used price and then sell me a different car. I would have to cover what I owed on first car beyond what they would give back.
They get 1 star cause the back is excellent they did oil changes and such quick. The rest of the place is just bad enough to bring it from 5 to 1.

Throughly disappointed and disgusted with the service dept at this dealership! My issue is that my automatic power window on my drivers side would intermittently not go up automatically. Took the car in Early on Friday, January 2^nd, was asked if I could leave it. My extended warranty allowed me to get a rental car so I left the car. I called the following Monday to see what was the diagnosis only to find out it hadn’t even been looked at. After multiple calls on Monday, it wasn’t until Tuesday that the car was looked at and diagnosed. Had to order parts which would take 2 days to receive. Call Thursday morning, parts had been received… several calls back to the service dept to see when I could pick it up and still not response back from Service Writer. Either they are always extremely busy, he’s overworked or he sucks at his job. Either way I’m not happy at all. It’s 5pm on Thursday and I still have no call and it will certainly be tomorrow before I can make it to the dealership. There is no way a window switch (the diagnosis) takes a week!!! Am I getting this treatment because it’s under warranty and there’s no money involved?! Regardless I’m not happy!

Let me start by saying Chris was a great salesman. I went to Autonation wolfchase to look at Ford Escapes simply because they had the largest selection in the area. Once I had sat down with Chris and he asked «what my goals for the day» were, I responded by saying «I’d like to test drive an escape, and check out some numbers». I had no intention of walking away with a car that day… however, as i said, Chris was a great salesman. They made a great offer on my current vehicle (sight unseen) and after a little more number crunching, they gave me a great price on a great car, and I almost bit. But when I asked how long the offer on my vehicle was good for and that i still wanted to shop around, in entered Les. Les is the reason that I did not, and will NEVER do business at Autonation Ford, and its a shame. Les heard that even after the numbers were revealed I was still planning on shopping around and started giving me attitude about «if the numbers work, why do you need to go anywhere else?» and things like that. Well sir, if you read the profile your salesman just did on me, no where on that sheet did it say I was walking out of Autonation (or anywhere) with a vehicle that day. As I am walking out, Les asks me when I would be coming back, to which I responded that I’ll make a decision by the end of the day. Which wasn’t good enough. He wanted to know when. So I told him that I would make a decision by the end of the business day that day, but he still wanted to know when. And then he had the gall to tell me that the offer on my vehicle expired at 4pm (it had been 8pm previously), and it was currently around noon. I replied «if you don’t want my vehicle on your lot, thats fine». As I was getting into the car, Chris apologized for Les’ behavior and hoped we could still do business.
As I was signing papers on a brand new 2014 Ford Escape at one of AutoNation’s competitors later that day, I got a call (around 3:45pm) from AutoNation. Being that I was in the middle of working a no pressure, no hassle deal, I let the call go to voicemail. And later I get a text saying that the used car manager was really interested in my vehicle and wanted to take a look. I did not respond. 2 days later I get 3 calls from AutoNation informing me that they had someone on the lot that was interested in my vehicle. I had half a mind to let them know where my vehicle could be found and purchased, but instead I sent a text to the salesman apologizing that we couldn’t do business and letting him know that he could thank Les for that.
In the end, its all about customer service. I paid a little bit more at AutoNation’s competitor, but that extra money was well worth it to not have to deal with Les.

What a joke Ford service appears to be. 3 days and no answer on adjusting a door and and oil change. This is my first Ford purchased an will more than likely be the last. As a home builder I need a full size pickup and like the Ford truck but if this is what you have to deal with to own one I’ll pass. Try a Toyota next time I guess.
Update. Have bought two more Fords as I have enjoyed my truck. Needless to say neither one were bought at this aweful place!

Went here to today to look at a car. They tried to price this car at $ 5,000 ABOVE MSRP when this is a 2014 base model car with about 3,000 miles. Their reasoning? Supply and demand. You have got to be KIDDING ME. This car has a brand new 2015 model which is CHEAPER than what these people are trying to sell it at. When we give them a decent price for purchase (based off KBB and TrueCar), the manager comes in and tells us that he is going to ‘shoot us in the eye with real talk.’ This place has POOR customer service and beat around the bush when we asked for justification as to why they jacked up the price on the car, they said it’s the only model in this area. Just because this is the only model does not mean you bring it up $ 5,000 dollars. If I wanted a 2001 Civic and this was the only one in the area would you jack up the price? gtfo of here.
