In the end I am happy with the work done on my vehicle. I do have a complaint about the appointments and scheduling. I brought in my vehicle for a scheduled appointment at 7am for an 8:00 am appointment. I was told that the services would take until noon the following day. I was a little surprised that it would take that long for service but I had a ride and my wife and I agreed we could make it for a day and a half with one vehicle. I get a call at 5pm the day I had an 8am SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT and was told that NO WORK WAS PERFORMED on my vehicle for the entire day. I was stunned. I am thinking, what is the point of an appointment? The agent on the phone politely offered a loaner car that could be picked up the following morning. From this point it took until Friday morning to pick up the vehicle. I believe all the work except for a wash was completed on Thursday. This dealership has a good deal on oil changes and when I actually have the time to wait 2 – 3 hours (which is never these days with a toddler) I know to expect the long service time, but when I bring my vehicle in for a scheduled appointment and there is no progress for the entire day, I believe that is completely unacceptable. David the customer service agent I was dealing with was a very nice fellow. He was honest that no work was performed for the day and provided a vehicle which made a huge difference. The maintainence was superbly performed and everything thus far is in perfect working order. I am happy with the service performed on my vehicle and with David’s candid approach to the situation. When I spend $ 2,000 for Maintainence on my vehicle I expect work to begin on my vehicle when I arrive. I there waiting for the doors to roll up at 7am. No excuse. This dealership has some serious problems with scheduling. If the oil changes are that backed up then you need more techs or less business for a given day.

We purchased a used car from Serra Bartlett and noticed a noise a few days after getting it. I took it to a Ford dealership because it was a Ford. They told me the car had been wrecked. I called Serra and told them what I was told and was told that the carfax stated it had not been wrecked. I then took the car to another Ford dealership who also stated the car had been wrecked and showed me all of the things they saw that were indicators. I did go back to serra and get another car but now our payments are much higher. What’s bad is the wrecked car is now back on their used car lot for sale.

Took my Tahoe in to get the air fixed. Left it there for 2 days and they diagnosed the problem as my evaporator gasket was bad. $ 400 in labor and $ 100 in parts and they told me to come and pick it up.
The next day, AC is running hot again so I take it back. They tell me the evaporator is bad and that it is going to be $ 2500 to replace but that they can do it for $ 1800. I decline the repair.
When I go to pick up the car, I speak with Tyler about the issue and ask for a partial refund for the initial repair, which was grossly misdiagnosed. He said no. I explained that it was not fair to charge the full price for something that shouldnt have been done in the first place. He said no again.
I had fully intended on doing more business there and purchasing a new vehicle but not anymore. Your loss… not mine. I hope the $ 400 was worth it in the long run.

I get my traverse serviced here … Because of the service. All of the staff are very professional and friendly. I like being able to do an easy drop off and then have a backup car for me to drive for the day.

My 2015 Tahoe (purchased Jan 2015) is leaking water at the 3^rd row seat belt on the left side when raining. This was the second time I’ve dropped it off and the second time it wasn’t fixed. A service representative verified the leak two days prior to me dropping it off, but the technician was unable to find a leak after «two hours of spraying water on the vehicle» I washed the vehicle the day after picking it up and it is still leaking. I WILL be returning for a third time. I’m extremely disappointed in Serra Chevrolets service departments efforts in finding and fixing the leak.

Treated nicely and with respect. Offered a loaner car, which was incredibly helpful.

She quickly got me set up and and ready to go over the phone so when I came in Terry already had my car lined up and ready to drive. Paperwork was pretty quick, attitudes were great and overall a great experience. I bought the car I wanted for a good price and my payment was pretty much what I wanted. Thanks!

I’ve always brought my vehicles here to be serviced. Last month I made my first vehicle purchase from Serra and the experience was great. Mr. Rick Creel is definitely the most honest, patient, and humble car salesman I have ever met. When I use to think of car salesmen, I compared them to vultures. Mr. Creel has changed my view for some! It was a lengthy process, but it was worth it. I love my 2014 chevy sonic!

My car, whom I lovingly refer to as ‘Ol’ Bessie’ needed an oil change. I looked everywhere, trying to find the best deal, and I was able to find it at this dealership.
Only $ 12.95 for an oil change — which is a really great deal, considering you’ll normally spend around $ 20 for a decent oil change.
I brought my car in, dropped it off at the service center, and headed to the waiting area for my car. It was a clean environment, everyone was pleasant when I dealt with them — and there was a television to watch while I waited. It did take a little longer than a quick oil change, but I saved a few bucks and I feel that they treated my car, and me, well.
