Our Wine Consultants are available daily and will provide any level of assistance you desire. From simple food pairings to intricate wine dinner planning and special events. we are here to help you make the best choices. Our buyer hand picks various offerings in the store through experience and research into the actual winery or vineyard in order to assure that we can truly recommend a wine with confidence. In addition to our in store variety, we have an extensive network of wineries and distributors wherein we can obtain any special item you would like. We also host wine tastings, provide beverage service for special events, consulting for wine dinners and provide delivery service. Please contact us and let us know how we can better serve you. The Cellar Fine Wines also features a wide selection of craft and micro brew beers all chilled to the right temperatures. You’ll find a wide selection of gourmet foods and snacks alongside some of the best marinated meats from Dom’s of Malden. If you don’t see that special wine or beer in stock, please ask the staff about ordering it for you.

History

Established in 2009.

The store was opened in 2009 as McDonough’s Fine Wines. In March, 2011, the management of the store changed to Leonard Mello whom rebooted the store and changed the name to The Cellar Fine Wines. As part of the transition in managment, the entire wine selection was updated and expanded significantly. In addition to the wines, the Cellar increased the number of craft beers while also expanding many of the branded beers. The approach of the Cellar to be able to serve the wide variety of customer tastes in both wines and beers. From the brand name to the relatively unknown, we strive on having the widest selection in the area. As par to the new management, the grocery and convienance items were expanded as well to provide neighbors with grocery store items at grocery store prices.
