Business Owner

Susanna had her first Pilates lesson in June, 2003 with Power Pilates Teacher Trainer Vania Sacramento. She dove into the method and knew Pilates was for life! There was no workout compared. Susanna was so faithful to her lessons and after a few years was saddened when Vania had to move to another country. Susanna continued by going from instructor to instructor and could not figure out what set Vania’s teaching apart from the seven other instructors she tried. It wasn’t until she had her first lesson with Teacher Trainer Nancy Keating, that Susanna realized it was the Power Pilates teaching method that set everything apart! In April 2010, Susanna completed the Power Pilates Beginner Mat certification. From there she completed the Intermediate Mat Certification and then completed the Comprehensive Apparatus Teacher Certification and has over 600 apprentice hours. She continues her lessons with Nancy. Susanna teaches on the 3^rd floor of Nicolo Inc. at Pilates With Control
