My fiancé and I had our first pedicures ever at Gloss together. I had asked around because I wanted our first time to be amazing. I had a few friends recommend Gloss and a few other places. I decided to go with Gloss because of all the rave reviews on Unilocal.I am so glad I did! We got the herbal pedicures and they do an amazing job. Soak, callus removal, cuticle trim, nail trim and shaping, hot towel, hot stone massage, and your choice of scent for the herbal treatment. I chose mandarin orange and he chose the detoxifying mix. It was so relaxing and they did such a great job. I heard you can even bring a bottle of champagne or whatever with you to enjoy while you get your treatment. I would ask the spa for details. I went back for another regular mani pedi, and today I brought my fiancé back for herbal pedicures again and I got a gel manicure. I am very pleased with the services that I have gotten and the people that work there are very friendly and professional. This is not your average nail salon where the employees speak to each other in another language leaving you to wonder if they are talking bad about you. Ok I take it all back this place is still amazing my gel manicures are lasting longer again and pedicures are as well! Still the same amazing exceptional service too

I dont get mu nails done often but when i do, i come here. im a stickler when it comes to a, clean environment especially when it comes to nail salons. its clean and bright snd adhere to health standards from what i can tell. staff is super super polite.
overall, AMAZING (the best i’d say) pedicures. they also do perfect gel manis. the prices are so good and reasonable. i recommend this place to everyone.

Never a bad pedicure or manicure at Gloss. Yesterday I had Vicky as a nail technician and she was great. Took her time, did a great job and my nails look amazing. They have tons of colors and they took me right on time. Can’t wait to go back

Such a beautiful salon but every time I go it’s the quickest manicure and my gel polish starts peeling right away. For the same price Aria in Wakefield does a paraffin hand treatment and a back massage (and it’s just a nice inside!)

This is the BEST nail salon you will ever find.
I love how clean, bright, and minimalist the space is. It makes for a very relaxing experience. I’ve been to nail salons where there are ants crawling across the table with crap laying around everywhere. Bye. This is far from your typical nail salon (and the prices aren’t even top notch).
Of course there are some technicians I favor, but I have never had a bad experience with any of them. Always super friendly and super efficient. A big plus is that nobody is yelling across the room to each other in another language. These ladies will become your friends!
I had them do my entire bridal party for my wedding and it was perfect. We almost had the place to ourselves and everyone was finished on time and in perfect condition. We brought champagne and OJ for mimosas which was a great option to have.

This nail salon is great! The ladies where so friendly! Made my appointment over the phone and got 15% off from Unilocal for being a new customer, can’t get better than that! It’s street parking and I was lucky to find something right across the street. They have tons of colors to choose from. I love the posh and clean look of the salon! Overall I’m pleased with the place! Loving my nails and cannot wait to go back!!!

Had a great experience getting a pedicure and gel manicure, will definitely return. Hanna did my nails and she was so great. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff are all super friendly. Will recommend to friends!

I give this salon 2 stars and that is being generous. The online booking for appointments is very convenient and easy to do. Gloss had a pleasant smell and nice décor, however it wasn’t clean. There were several puddles from the standing sinks on the floor. As well as paper towels and dirty cotton balls. Upon entering the salon, I was greeted and rushed in to picking a color. The female tech that did my pedicure seemed inexperienced. She did not buff my heels or the innerside of my feet. She also placed the crystal stones (big toe nail design) on the wrong side (shiny side down). The same tech did a less than average manicure. $ 60 later, I had to buff my own feet that evening. Gloss is overpriced and overrated. Save your money and find another salon.

I love Gloss. It has been my favorite nail salon for a little bit now.
Things I love: the brightness inside, clean/​modern design, many tables and pedicure tubs, easy online booking, flawless nails that last every time.
I love that you can purchase gift certificates online and print! The gel stays on forever and I LOVE the paraffin wax on my hands and feet. I tried the herbal mani and I didn’t think it was anything special. Everyone I have had has been nice and efficient. They don’t talk about you like tons of other salons do!

I got a flawless manicure today at Gloss. Great color selection! and parking is usually available right outside. I would definitely return here. They were also able to accommodate me last minute.

Gloss is the only nail salon that I will go to. They are always on time and always so nice. I always get the gel manicure and spa pedicure. They have a variety of different spa pedicures available. My nails never chip and I always received compliments about how good they look! I will never go to another nail salon.

I needed to get my nails done & was referred by a friend to go to Gloss. I called about an hour in advanced to see if they had any open spot & lucky they did. I went on Friday November 6 at 12 to get gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Parking was easy to find & I didn’t need to pay for the meter.
When I got there the woman at the front desk greeted me with a smile & told me it would be a few minutes & that I should choose my color. They have a variety of different colors for gel & regular nail polish. Within 5 minutes of being there Nancy greeted me and told me she would be taking care of me. Nancy noticed I had chosen two different colors. She told me that they carries the gel color in the regular nail polish!!! Which was great because I tried matching colors & couldn’t find any that matched.
The atmosphere of this place was so peaceful & relaxing. I 100% recommend this place especially if you’ve had a long work week

I’ve been here 3x, and each time I’ve been so pleased with the service!
Very friendly staff. They do a wonderful job making you feel comfortable, and willing to help with colors. Everything is very clean and they have about 6 million colors to choose from in both gel and non-​gel.
The price cannot be beat! They are so reasonable! Booking is easy and I love a nice Starburst afterwards (they always have a giant bowl for customers).
The only downside is no massage chairs. That would make my review 5 stars for sure!
I have, and will continue to recommend Gloss to friends and family!

This is one of the best salons I have been to for manicures and pedicures. The stylish salon is very clean. Julia is very meticulous and knows exactly how I like everything done each time I’m there! I would highly recommend Gloss!!!

Absolutely gorgeous spa. Great selection of nail color. I had Na for a technician, and she was very attentive and made sure everything was to my liking. I love the online booking and the «estimated time of completion» — it was accurate within the minute.
Only subtracted one star because the pedicure didn’t work as much on the soles of my feet as I would like.

got my first gel manicure here. SOOOO satisfied. Lizzy was the best.
i work with my hands and the manicure is still 99% perfect after 1 week. By working with my hands I mean, I lift stone and repot plants and stock shelves and stuff like that. and the whole time my nails made me look like a rockstar.
Lizzy was very friendly and did a great job trimming the crap skin around my nails. I didn’t get a single ouchy. My perfectionist bf was watching and he was really impressed. Insisted on tipping alot, which is totally fine! hahaha
we were both offered a drink, nice. I got a chilled bottled water, nice touch!
$ 30 for a gel manicure is awesome. I called for an opening and was placed with someone for an appt for 15 mins later. pretty good availability.
the place was so clean! and modern. and gorgeous.
plus they autoclave all of their tools, so you see they come fresh out of the package that has been heated to kill all the yucky bacterias.

2 stars for cleanliness
You should not have to go home and redo a pedicure. Feet were not smoothed out. All rough skin still remained. Technician refused to (after being asked multiple times) buff it away and also refused to give a second coating of nail polish. Will NOT go back.

I recently moved to the area and took the high rating as a good sign. The work space looks nice but the staff does not run on par with the physical appearance. I asked for a gel manicure and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The technician didn’t remove all of the polish from a previous manicure and disregarded my request for shape. The technician sitting next to her must have been off of work and was using the equipment so that the technician working on my nails had to go to another table to get another uv dryer. The top coat immediately peeled off. I called the salon and requested to speak with a manager to have my services refunded and was told it could not be done. After continued pressing, I emailed photos of the nails and was refunded for my services.
Overall, unprofessional, terrible work and a waste of time and money.
