History

Established in 2000.

Brothers, Steve and Mike Spragins, followed in their father’s footsteps right out of college and opened a title company in the early 1970’s. Liz Cassella opened Express Title in 1988 after years of working with attorneys. The companies merged in 2000 to become Alliance Title.

Liz started in the title industry in 1978, and moved to Melbourne in 1985 where she started Express Title. After 12 years of success with Express Title, Liz joined forces with Mike and Steve Spragins. After Liz’s «many» years in the title industry she still has the same enthusiasm and is committed to providing her customers with the highest level of customer service and industry knowledge. Liz and her husband Andy have 3 children, Camille, Erika, and Kain. Liz has a passion for gourmet cooking and loves trying recipes from different cultures. She also enjoys traveling, snow skiing and gardening in her free time.
