Great service! My pedicure was relaxing. The massage chairs were great, you can feel the actual massage, not like the older chairs at other salons. This space is open, relaxing and clean!

How can a person go wrong by going to an establishment where the workers are friendly AND work their tails off?! This salon is so clean, too! Each employee I have had contact with have been friendly and eager to make your visit pleasant. There is a large variety of colors, types, and always a lot off staff. If I don’t make an appointment (and I should), I think the longest I have waited was 10 minutes max. Jenny and Cindy are incredibly nice! Professional nail care can be found here!

This is by far the best nail salon in the Philadelphia area! Cindy, Nancy, Peter, Jen, and the entire staff is amazing. This is the ONLY salon in the Philadelphia area where your nail polish stays on & your nails look natural. I don’t know how these other people can write those reviews from but I’ve tried the other salons that they are referring to & my polish was off the next day. I promise you when you walk into Trendy they will greet you happily and before you know it everyone will know your name! Cheers!

I recently went here for my annual pedi mani. I’m not a regular nail salon person so I’m not particular. I walked in and was quickly greeted picked out my color and was seated in a pedi chair. I was offered water, green tea or wine. What??? A lady can get used to this! My mani and pedi came me out nice. $ 48 for gel mani and pedi.

I still am a frequent (faithfully every 2 weeks) visitor of Trendy. I have found that when you stick with one person, it makes the experience better. I get my nails done by Mandy and I love that she knows what I prefer with regard to my nails. I have only walked away slightly disappointed a few times in the past few years. Not everything or everyone is perfect. My gel manicures last two weeks. I’ve tried the vinylux as well when I was taking a break from the gel and it worked just as well. I have found no reason to go else where.

Just got another STELLAR Vinylux Mani from Cyndi and waxing from Jen.
Fantastic, long wearing (7 – 8 days!!!) and a great value ot $ 13 all performed in a clean, comfortable salon.

Everyone in the place smiles and greets you by name as i walk in the door. they are on time for all of my appointments, maybe once i waited 10 minutes. their work is lovely and they will not continue on to the next part of the process without me telling them if i am satisfied with their work. they offer me wine, water or tea every time i go in. they are kind and speak beautiful English and do not talk over me as if i am not in the room. their pedicure includes a leg massage and hot stone massage! they do a great job on waxing as well. parking is easy. they accept credit cards and are open 7 days a week. The place is clean and the staff is lovely.

Don’t bother making an appointment. It means nothing. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, not once was acknowledged in the half hour I waited. No «hello» no «what are you here for today «NOTHING. They of course acknowledge their regular customers like the other reviews say. I am so annoyed. i just walked out. I’ll paint my own toenails. What a waste of my time. If you are a new customer, please go elsewhere. Worst experience at a nail salon, ever! They don’t even deserve 1 star!

I have been to Trendy Nail 4 times. Since it is so close to my house, I was excited to make it «my nail spot». Well, I’ll drive farther. The first 3 times the jobs were mediocre at best but they’re close, so whatever… this last time, my pedicure only took 10 minutes– the woman put NO EFFORT into her job. No cuticle pushing, no filing, no massage (well, a lame one), and then no base coat. She then went onto my full set of acrylics– it’s only been 3 days and 2 popped off already. It’s pretty bad when my husband says «I thought you were getting your nails done today» when he looks at my feet AFTER my pedicure. I will not recommend Trendy Nails nor will I go back, no matter how convenient.

I have been to Trendy Nails about five times for a pedicure. I think there is an adequate selection of polish from which to choose. There are a lot of pedicure stations. Parking is free and they generally offer a drink. Until this week, I have been pleased. I had a young girl do my nails and she was rough. I even had to say «Ow» a few times to make her aware of it. She made a mistake on one of my toes and she did fix it when I asked. She was very talkative and I just wanted to relax and read. I will avoid her the next time I go there.

This was my first experience at Trendy Nails. Very disappointed. Manicure looks terrible. I honestly can give myself a better manicure than i recieved .
My nail polish bubbled on several nails before i even walked out. Overall, disappointing and i will not be returning.

Best nail salon ever! Always super clean! The women (and guy!) who work there are friendly, fast and make me feel special every time I come in. I’ve had many great manicures, pedicures and waxes there! Top nail salon. I will continue going back!!!

There are a multitude of things wrong with this place:
1. Their selection of nail color is very limited.
2. The length of my nails was not trimmed evenly — my left nails are longer than my right nails.
3. I asked for a glitter coat on my French nail line and the technician said she could do it. During the process she complained that she did not have enough glitter and she blamed it on my because I used so much glitter during my last visit. «Isn’t it your responsibility to stock up on supplies? Why would you blame that on me?» I asked. She didn’t answer but instead proceeded to murmur in Vietnamese.
4. The technician was so worried about not having enough glitter that she forgot to put on a double coat of the color. How could she forget that?
5. They charged me $ 43 — $ 23 for the gel manicure and $ 20 for the design. Is putting a glitter coat over your French tip even considered a design? Nonsense! The last time I went here, they charged me $ 28 for doing something very similar. When I asked them about the discrepancy, they said the previous price was given to me in error.
So, if you want to have more than just simple boring coloring, such as putting glitter on top, make sure you ask for the price in advance. Or better yet — don’t even waste your time and money on this place.
6. They appear to have a certain number of frequent customers and it was very obvious that I did not receive the same amount of care and attention that the regulars received.
7. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They simply blame their low skill set and their lack of supplies on their customers, but they are more than willing to charge high prices for low quality work and substandard customer service.

I recently began going to trendy nails for gel manicures with Jenny. She is outstanding and her paint jobs are perfection! I also recently asked her to wax my eyebrows about which I am very particular and she did a great job. For this reason this is now my go to spot!

Friendly staff but it clearly gives preferential treatment to repeat customers. I paid the same as other customers but, as a first time client, clearly did not get the same level of care. I am not sure if I got old nail polish or diluted but, 24 hrs later, my manicure is a total mess.

Not a bad option for a cheap mani/​pedi. They’re fast and you don’t have to wait too long even if there’s a long line ahead of you.
Would be 4 stars, but they need more polish colors to choose from. Not a lot of summer choices.

Just has another great gel mani at Trendy. One of the things I like best is that they are fast AND do an excellent job. Nancy usually does my nails, but they are all terrific. Nice, friendly staff, easy parking. The best salon in Media by far.

I agree with all the reviews. I prefer the hot wax hand dip included at Zen in Media, but you can’t beat the convenience of the parking lot at Trendy. I was there for the first time last week for a gel mani (great color selection) with Peter (really friendly and chatty) and will definitely be back. The only negative was the lotion used at the end of the mani– it was very greasy and smelled cheap. I will opt out of that next time.

I live in Media Burrough and my fav salon has been Zen. I stopped here because I was gettinng a Spray tan and they are in the same complex. I was pleasantly surprised! Huge, clean, brand new, everyone is super nice. Offered wine which was a nice touch. I had Peter — he was great. Apparently they used to be at Springfield mall for 16 yrs and moved to this location. Got mani with gel, pedi, eyebrow wax and it was $ 44. It was fast relaxing, and looks great. Very happy with new find. Will likely replace Zen for me.

I’ve been here twice, once for mani-​pedi, the most recent visit for just a pedicure. I’ve had both Jenny and Cindy and each are friendly. I prefer Jenny, bc her attention to detail was excellent. My mani lasted for almost two weeks to boot! the place is huge and clean and empty. Not sure why it’s empty given how much nicer it is then the other salons I’ve been to in the area which are cramped, not so clean and overwhelmingly stinky or overpriced for what you get. This is a great place to get in and out quickly and have a pleasant experience while you’re at it. And they even offer wine (though I’ve never taken them up on it) which is just thoughtful and nice of them.
They will keep getting my business, that’s for sure.
