I love this Starbucks. The staff is really friendly. When I first came here I didn’t know what to order but they threw out some ideas and I’ve been hooked ever since. The Vanilla Bean Frappacino is so yummy. It’s like a little store inside. You can purchase cups or a coffee machine. Overall, I love this store.

The best customer service is here at the rogue valley mall location. Order anything you like and they always prepare it well. If it’s not what you like, then they’ll remake it without hesitation.

This location is within a food court, yet it is some kind of awkward middle ground between a true food court Starbucks (with no seating) and an actual mall Starbucks. As such, it’s not surprising that I wasn’t able to find an outlet, both because it was packed full and because there only seemed to be one outlet in the whole joint! That happened to be a big part of what I was looking for at the time, so I decided not to purchase anything. The good news, I guess, is that you can easily poach their wi-​fi from the food court seating area! I suppose I should be more embarrassed about that…
