Established in 1979.

We are a local, family owned business located in Independence, Oregon whose ultimate goal is to provide independence to physically challenged individuals. Kevin Rowland owns and operates R & J Mobility Service, continuing the business his parents started in 1979. Also in the business is Kevin’s wife Gayle, and their daughter Jody. They offer the highest level of personal service and responsiveness. They are able to address a wide range of mobility issues, including structural modifications and high tech driving controls.

Kevin Rowland owns and operates R & J Mobility Service, continuing the business his parents started in 1979.

He has 25+ years experience in mechanical/​electrical and mobility equipment installations, including structural modifications; 18 years executive level administrative experience and sales/​customer relations; certified welder.
