I called for a tow at 9:15 a.m. and was promised a tow within an hour to an hour and a half. As of 12:45 p.m., I hadn’t heard another word from them. I called back and was told the person who took my call was «out of the office» — therefore no one had any clue about anything, but it «should be soon.» The person I talked to was pretty rude, no apologies or anything… good thing I wasn’t stranded on the side of the road. I called a different company and my car was towed 20 minutes later for $ 20 cheaper than Fletcher’s.
